Ordered items in the 9th April.
Nothing has arrived and item still says ready for dispatch.
No way to contact customer services.
Plus heard they ship from Shein.
Want my money back but can’t contact them.
Just avoid

I am totally satisfied with my purchase!! The shipping process went smoothly and my order arrived without any issues at all.

The lingerie fits perfectly.. almost as if it was made specifically for me. The fit is extremely flattering and adapts beautifully to the body imo. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, which I appreciate a lot. The quality of the material is also very good and feels well-made.

The customer support was excellent! <3 it was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly order again. I definitely recommend!

Great communication when i had placed a order and they had ran out of my size . They sent me out a set even more gorgeous than the one i had previously orderd .

Ordered some sets two months ago, and they still haven't arrived. Contacted support, who just told me to contact the courier. They aren't doing anything to help!! Avoid this website!!!!

I ordered from them in December, on 07/12 and the item took along time to arrive and came on 21/12. At the time I put it down to Christmas period being busy.

However I then placed another order on 11/01 which I am still waiting on ever though the shipping/ tracking information was created instantly just like last time. Both times I purchased from them I also paid for next day delivery too.

However after looking on trust pilot today to see if anyone else has this issue I was horrified to read that they just purchase their items from Shein and re package them. I was in dis belief and so I checked myself.

I check the items bought in January and in December and a few other items from their website just to make sure. I managed to find every single item I checked on either Shein, Alibaba, Ali Express or Amazon for less that half the price. And these aren’t just close copies they’re exactly the same items.

The only thing this website does is repackage the items and have their models model the items which to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re just images they have taken from someones instagram page.

I have emailed requesting a full refund and cancellation of my order, which if I don’t get ill be going through my bank.

Avoid this company. As they only do small, medium, large I was concerned about the sizing as I’m petite but have a large bust. I was assured small would be fine. Items arrive and it does not fit at all and they don’t accept returns once opened. Just save your time and money.

Paid€29.99 for item & €10 for delivery only to find out its on shein for €7 with free delivery. All they do is order from shein & forward it to you. Absolute scam

Update! Order came today with a shein label under their one. Do yourself a favour & just go straight to shein & save a fortune

This is a scam company!!!!!
What you’ll receive as a lingerie - it’s some Chinese crap , not even packed properly(transparent packaging with a Chinese stickers on it). Not worth for its money. Quality??! Forget it. SHEIN has a better quality like for real.
They are completely liars - you’ll receive your parcel - GOD KNOWS WHEN(I made my order 22of August and received it on 11of September!!!) as on the their website it’s said 3-10 business days?!!
They reply to ur emails WHENEVER they want(pointing on that they have a small family business , and don’t have many people to reply).???!!!!! Like what’s my problem here and why do I have even to know this information ?!! They don’t have a customer support, very rude completely unprofessional service and emails.
They don’t talk to you as a company to a customer; they can easily say “hey”(to a customer?!!!) starting their email; they won’t inform on their behalf like that they made you a refund (you have to insist and ask questions by yourself , you have to make yourself a headache in order to be able to GET OUT an information from this “small family business”. I highly don’t recommend. Quaility of lingerie - is a disaster for this money, not worth it.
Same as this family business - disaster. I did not know such rude and unprofessional companies like that exist.

first time i have ordered from lingerie doll and i must say the customer service is really good the quality of the stuff are really good and the delivery is always on time as they mention.. I have ordered a few more stuff from there and can not wait for them to come.. I will defo will be ordering from them again

Do not order from this company! They literally do drop shipping and you need to wait for your parcel to arrive from China! It’s been 10 days since i’ve ordered and still counting.Pathetic!
