We are always open to honest and constructive feedback, but it is important to correct false or misleading claims, such as those made in this review.
This customer has joined and cancelled their membership with us several times since May 2024. We have never had an issue with that, and we fully respect that not everyone can commit to a membership all year round. However, we do expect customers to take responsibility for understanding the type of membership they are signing up for.
On 20 May 2025, the customer rejoined via our monthly recurring membership option. This is clearly indicated throughout the sign-up process and in all confirmation emails. As they did not cancel this membership, a renewal payment was automatically processed on 20 June 2025. This is entirely in line with the agreed terms.
At no point during any of their previous subscriptions – four in total over the past year – did the customer report any issues accessing our content. In rare instances where access has been restricted due to country-specific constraints, we have always issued prompt refunds. However, no such complaint was ever made by this customer.
The very first email we received from them was at 9:00pm on Sunday 22 June 2025. This was followed by several more within a short time. We checked our logs thoroughly – no earlier emails were received. We responded at 11:17pm the same evening and issued a full refund for the most recent payment. That refund is now being processed by the bank, which typically takes 5–10 working days – something beyond our control.
It is important to stress that the customer never mentioned any issue with viewing content – their emails simply requested a refund, which we issued promptly and without dispute.
We do not take accusations lightly, particularly when they are baseless. We work hard to provide a quality service, and we are always fair and responsive when contacted appropriately. Misrepresenting the situation in a public review is unfair and misleading to others.
We are proud of our reputation and our loyal members, many of whom have supported us for over a decade. While we understand our service may not suit everyone, we stand by our integrity and our actions in this matter. We ask that potential members judge us based on facts – not unfounded claims.
