So far I've completed the A.1.1 level of Italian. Love the flexibility that I have with scheduling. Most classes I've had have been one on one with the instructor. Some instructors are very passion... See more

The teachers are excellent; they really help you learn.
I'm very satisfied.
I really like learning a new language with Lingoda; it follows the European curriculum, has great teachers and a good flexibility to plan your classes. Also very affordable.
I love it. It forces you out of your comfort zone so you can learn quicker and deeper
With a rare exception, all of my teachers have been very good, engaged and knowledgeable.
I like to meet people from allover the world.
To learn Inderstand different acents .
The learn material hat einen a meaningful, supportive structure.I really enjoy this way of learning .
I love meeting teachers from all over the world - and classmates too! Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. I've learned so much and look forward to every lesson!
I like the classes and the teachers. It has been a great experience. I just think they are too strict with their schedule and rescheduling of classes. Only being able to do it 3 days before is too strict, I was sick and had to go to the doctor a couple of times and missed classes and lost credits due to this. They should be more considerable that stuff happens in life, this makes me not wanting to continue with a lot of classes, just a few to prevent this. It is indeed sad because the program and the teachers are very helpful.

I'm loving learning with people (including teachers) from all around the world.
I signed up for 20 French lessons on 26th Jan, paying £149.99 for 20 lessons. I never realised I was signing up to a monthly subscription, I thought I was making a one off payment. I didn't notice the next payment taken on 26th feb because it was my Monzo card which I don't check regularly. Then I noticed they'd taken £199.99 out of my account today! (26th March) That's £500 for 7 lessons. I didn't take any more after 10th Feb because I put in a complaint about the quality of course material which they never addressed. They are now refusing a refund.

Great teachers, love the flexibility in scheduling classes, nicely organized and structured lessons, budget-friendly and I hope the Sprint concept continues into the future too.
I think Lingoda should have a better system to make sure students are at the right level. Sometimes we spend a lot of time in class just having to explain a vocab that a student should have learned 2 levels ago. Students who are actually in the right level don't benefit much in those cases.

After many years of being on the fence with lingoda, I finally decided to pull the trigger. What lingoda does well: Teaches a generic form of Spanish. Some lessons will teach more "Spain" Spanish which is a downside for me personally. The reason I took away one star is that the typical times of 5pm EST to 9pm EST there usually aren't any slots available. So you either have to take classes on the weekends or earlier/later than expected if you work full time. It also sucks that you have to keep an active subscription in order to take classes, even if you have classes paid for.
Marielle was very lively and engaged and fave us lots of examples of contemporary vocabulary which I really appreciate
Teachers are changing so often. Your charging and subscription policy is not good. You need to revize it

I had my first 5 conversation lessons at Lingoda and so far I am satisfied. The classes last 1 hour and have small groups of 5 students maximum, which allows everyone the opportunity to speak. The teachers come prepared with materials that prompt conversations, grammar review and the usage of new vocabulary. To be even better they could add more vocabulary and prompt feedback. Recommended!
Lingoda is a modern language learning program that offers a variety of levels with contemporary content. Their classes are relevant to our times and the instructors are all high quality teachers. Some of the best language teachers I've ever come across.
I joined Lingoda a couple of months ago and didn't get around to using my lessons, so I paused my subscription. I have just learned that I have lost all my lessons from the previous month. It would have been nice to get a nudge to remind me I was going to lose my ten lessons, and I am very unhappy that they took my money after I had paused my subscription.
