The sale was straight forward
The sale was straight forward, but i was told the delivery would be delayed due to the cycle not been delivered to assembly team in time so meaning i would probably not receive the ebike by expected time slot that i was advised on purchase.

What can I say. I needed a bike, and one the same day. Mark the dealer principal and Kev the Sales Executive pulled out all the stops, to get my bike ready to be collected rge same day. Fantastic. Could not recommend them more

Purchased a Suzuki 650 scooter on a 10…
Purchased a Suzuki 650 scooter on a 10 reg plate with 9500 miles was told it had a full service history paid for bike in full over the phone was told it had a full service and mot before delivery to my house bike turns up and happy with bikes condition but when I went through paperwork there’s no mot or service history so went on line to do hpi check it only had 6 months mot no history and there’s a mileage discrepancy with DVLA and showing outstanding finance I rang the dealership and told them and they said they would get back to me 3 weeks on and still not heard nothing very poor service from a main dealership regards Paul Dowsing.

I received a high level of service from the first phone call to Mr Jake Harvey and kept up to date throughout the wait for the new bike .The launch night was no different great service from all the staff at the show room and the new tx450x rc is a fantastic product keep up the good work
