Worst Customer Service and overall experience. The staff is not helpful and provides coined responses without actually paying attention to what is going on. I placed an order over two weeks ago and it has not arrived. The company will not price adjust my order for the many sales they have had in between the time I placed my order and the actual order still not arriving. No compensation or help for their own poor logistical business practices. I have been a long time customer because I think the products are good, however the last several times I have placed an order it is always a problem and I swear I will not order from them again because of overall poor customer experience. There is way too many good skin care lines to give a company that disrespects their customer base my hard earned money. Don't waste your time or money working with this company.
