Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service, emails bounced back, no phone number, don't even know if this company exists, has a strange postal address in East Grinstead. Had the thermostat for a year, never been able to connect to their app. Absolutely useless, waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY.

Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service.
No replies to email requests regarding failure to connect app with thermostat, rendering the WiFi system redundant. Complete waste of money.

Poor customer service with problems

1 camera just stopped working with was replaced, but not good crawling through attics, up ladders but my main gripe is I've now messaged them twice over how to set up the door bell so it rings but don't want notifications, sounds easy, it's not, but zero help or reply from company, decent clear pics, but oh so poor customer help, poor

Dont buy Link2Home products.

Dont buy their products, if they are defective you may not know untill its too late. Be careful the warranty period can be 'end of life' notification for their products. I purchased a camera then after changing my router found that the camera was defective. They investigated took responsibility and then said its out of warranty. So no fix, no replacement.

Not as customer friendly or fair as other professional companies.

Great security products

We Bought the Link2home Smart Cameras, these are great as they follow any unauthorised persons up the yard, it watch detects sound, Motion & tracks motion. Goes well with the security system with gateway. Only problem is you only get 2 motion detectors & have to purchase more separately, could do with more as the motion detectors are expensive for what they are.

I am unable to get my door camera to work after several attempts.

I am unable to get my door camera to link up with my phone even when my phone and my smart battery door bell is two inches from my router.
My phone is an Android 14 and have changed our router to 2.4GHz .
I registered the door camera over a month ago and still fighting to get the thing to work. I bought the door bell camera on the advice of an electrician at my local electric supply shop.
My hearing aids were easy to pair up to my smart phone , why cant my so called smart door bell pair up to my phone?
I have also bought an outdoor smart pan& tilt camera I am dreading fitting it.
If I cant get the cameras to work by tomorrow evening I will be taking them back to the shop where I bought them .
I am one unhappy customer.
I have given one star because I like the boxes.

**DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA**. Customer Service is non-existent and the cameras are constantly trying to find an encrypted channel that does not connect. What a waste of money!

E mailed and called customer service and explained problem of lost grub screw which keeps the camera door bell captive in the housing fixed to wall. Was advised no screws in stock but to just use a 1 to 1 1/2 inch screw , obviously the person responding didn’t have a clue and isn’t up to speed and technically minded. Very very poor experience from start to finish, been two weeks and waiting

Warranty problem

I bought a outdoor camera Pan/Tilt about a year ago and resently it started to go wrong so contacted the company link2home they wanted information from me so they could go forward in fixing it then later on in the communication they asked me where did I purchase it from I said Ebay and it was Brand New and sealed that's when it went downhill because I bought it from Ebay its not under warranty they specify certain shops that sell them I thought at least they could have had it back and checked it out but no so be WARNED don't get any products on Ebay to do with this company expecting a warranty but on the plus side the communication was good.

Purchase With Care

Cloud storage is not available for the Link2Home WiFi Indoor USB Camera with Pan and Tilt purchased from the Link2Home Amazon store.
Link2Home clearly advertises cloud storage on their website for all their camera and camera doorbell offerings however this is not the case
Customer service/technical support has told me “it will take a while before they release the cloud update”. I have asked them to be more specific but they appear to be ignoring me now. (Let’s see if they respond on Trustpilot)
Cloud storage was the main reason I purchased the camera as their cloud storage offering on their webpage starts at £2.99, however that pice in the app starts at £3.49 makes little difference as they are unable to provide the service.
I must assume that no cloud storage is available for any of their camera equipment even though it is still clearly advertised on their web page!

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud! I bought a smart lamp directly from their website. They charged my credit card but never sent any order confirmation or the product. Luckily, I’ve screenshotted the order confirmation page.

After contacting them via the customer support phone and social network, they said they cancelled the order but never refunded me.

Do not trust this company. They are fraudulent and illegitimate, and you will lose money and time. Now, they do not answer me anymore.
