Andrew Stockton steals money. Item arrived and was really rubbish so I sent back exact same way. TRACKED ALSO. He said items lost or damaged and has taken 70 days for a response. Awful iteams and really dodgy owner just stealing money. DO NOT USE

The jewellery I was sent, lost its plated backing within days and started to turn my neck green. I’ve emailed customer service and had no reply.

Item didnt arrive at all, it was ordered on 18th OF MAY 2025, today is 14th OF JUNE and item still didnt arrive, even tho it says 5-12 working days... total scam, they dont answer their emails, full on fraudulent scheme. Dont gamble and buy anything in hopes to receive anything, you will just get legally scammed. S t a y a w a y

Been 1 month no response to emails evri is still yet to recieve items 1 month later. Definitely a scam site please do not order.

So I made the order on 16th March, took them 4 weeks to dispatch but now the order has been lost by Evri apparently! Contracted the seller via instagram and their customer service is shocking. I will be taking this further as the service is shocking!!!

Scam scam scam! Don’t send you the jewellery and ignore all emails, if you paid via credit card get a charge back and if you paid via your bank card contact the issuer and they’ll refund it. Complete scam

Terrible! Ordered jewellery from them, it was never delivered and didn’t bother to even reply or update on what happened with my order.

Contacted multiple times and told to wait, tracking number not updated from start, been 2 and a half weeks and nothing and the will not refund. Avoid.

Absolute shambles of a company. The picture advertised was completely misleading and not the tiny bit of junk I received

Avoid this company like the plague ordered a necklace it took 3 weeks to for them to send it after countless messaging asking where it was when it arrived the bag was open with no necklace inside so it was stolen which i showed them with proof from my cameras and now they are not replying to me!!!

Love my chains they are beautiful and reasonable

Stay away ordered items never got them no reply to email so put a message on Facebook and they inbox me and said restrain from writing bullshit terrible company STAY CLEAR!!

Ordered a men’s bracelet but it was nothing like the photos shown on the website. Also very quality! Attempted to apply for a refund but no reply to 4 chaser emails - awful customer service.

Haven't received my order for over 4 months. And when I write to them, they always say something like:
"I am sorry to hera your order has still not yet arrived if its not with you within the next 2 days please get back to us and we an either re send or issue a refund

Don't believe the good reviews this company is fake and take money without sending products
