The worst
My experience with Link Housing has been extremely distressing and I would not recommend them based on how my family and I have been treated.
Since moving into the property, I have reported extensive disrepair including leaks, mould, draughts, pest concerns, defective doors and windows, plumbing issues, unsafe areas, poor ventilation, and repair issues that have remained unresolved for months.
There was also a serious leak from a water tank through the ceiling onto my baby while he was sleeping. This was frightening and raised serious safety concerns for me as a parent.
I have repeatedly raised concerns, provided information, and tried to get matters resolved, but the communication and handling of my case has been unacceptable in my experience. Complaints have not been dealt with properly, concerns about staff conduct have not been meaningfully addressed, and I have felt dismissed rather than supported.
I also have serious concerns about how information about my property and repairs has been presented to third parties. In my experience, this has made it harder for me to access support and has caused further distress.
The impact on my family has been severe. We have lived with ongoing disrepair, stress, uncertainty, safety concerns, and the feeling that our concerns are being minimised.
