Love this service I initially contacted the link through a Facebook group for advice as my son is on remand and wanted to change his solicitor, the helper I spoke to pointed me in the right direction and followed up with me a days later to see how everything got on, I was then having a little look at their website and seen the mobile landline service oh am I so glad I did we was using cellphone rocks but with Linkmobile we safe so much more!! I would definitely recommend! 5*

Couldn’t ask for more the lady I spoke to was very helpful, answered my questions about the plans and the process of adding the landline number to my sons prison phone. Everything was set up rather quickly and me and my son haven’t looked back since, I still send him £30 a week he usually adds £10 a week as phone credit and in fact still does although with the amount of time we have on the phone if i didn’t know better I would think it was costing him a fortune.

Great Service, Saves us loads on the cost of calls. Service was setup pretty fast with questions answered quickly via online chat or phone would definitely recommend!

First class service .would highly recommend .any issues it's sorted immediately .always helpful polite and friendly nothing's to much trouble for them .

Wish I could give this company no stars!! They have taken money from my account and never set anything up! I think it’s a fake scam company because emails come back failed and no one responds back to messages!! Do not use!!

If I could give no stars I would. I got contacted by these (I did not contact them) they convinced me to take it on.. I asked could I cancel anytime.. they said yes.. it's not a contract..its a subscription..I could cancel any time without any fee ir charges. Less than 24 hours later..I decided it wasnt what I wanted neither did my son. So contacted dean j Hughes.. (he was the one who contacted me) and told him I wanted to cancel.. told him the reason. He then decided to say that he cancelled and I was going to be charged £15 cancellation fee plus £15 one month waiver fee! I hadnt used the service and it was less than 24 hours. He then told me it was not his fault I didnt read the terms and conditions! There was no term and conditions! He had not sent me any... plus I got proof of him saying I would not be charged for cancelling! Scam springs to mind!!!
I have emailed and no reply..I have phoned and no reply..surprise!!!
UPDATE. I SPOKE TO HARRY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. IT SEEMS DEAN HUGHES WAS IN THE WRONG FOR MIS INFORMING ME. AND HARRY WILL TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO MAKE SURE IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. IM NOT GOING TO BE CHARGED. SO I HAVE CHANGED MY RATING TO 3 STARS FOR THE SIMPLE FACT HARRY SORTED IT OUT.
BUT CHEERS DEAN! FOR STRESSING ME OUT..LIKE WE HAVNT GOT IT HARD ENOUGH WITH OUR LOVED ONES WHERE THEY ARE!
