After meeting with two security company representatives in person, talking with several more on the phone, and doing much search online, I was fortunate to make contact with Link Interactive. In my opinion, Link had the best equipment (QOLSYS), competitive monitoring prices, and a knowledgeable and professional salesperson who was transparent and helpful (without being push) throughout the process and who instilled confidence in me that I was dealing with forthright security company in Link Interactive.

I requested more information and I'm glad I did! The representative I spoke with (Jared) was very polite, professional, and informative. I greatly appreciate not being pressured into buying more equipment then what's needed with the option to add more if I choose at a later date. This showed me that Link Interactive is more concerned with my family's safety than my wallet! I would highly recommend this company!

I worked with Joseph B in Sales and Customer Service. He was excellent and patient. He took the time to explain each nuance and gave great advice as we spec'd out two homes. He was expert in assuring I had exactly the right equipment and not the most expensive. He guided me on decisions and made me feel like I was the only customer. We worked together for over an hour and I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Link Interactive and Joseph B.

I've had Link Interactive as my home monitoring alarm system for about a year and a half and I've been extremely pleased. They helped us to figure out what we needed, but did not pressure or oversell us. Installation was easy and we were able to call and ask questions as needed. We've never had any issues. I especially like having my smoke detectors integrated into the system and I plan to purchase a doorbell camera/alarm this summer. The alarm.com phone app is fabulous and simple to use. We found Link Interactive through Costco.com.

I've been with Link Interactive now for 2 months and so far the experience has been great. The system was easy to install and works great. I had a couple of minor issues and Support was great in helping out. The time I had to wait was minimal and their answers were clear and helpful. Thankfully I have not had to use the system yet and hope I never have to, but it is nice to know its there just in case.

I worked with Jose Sandoval to decide about ny system. I switched from Lifeshield to Link Interactive because of him! He was not pushy like other companies, and he was willing to work with me to make the system affordable and exactly what I need. I just received the system and haven't worked to set it up yet, but I'm very excited!
