Advertised features are non-existing.

I paid for the full plan but I was never upgraded. I have none of the "paid" features but I pay for them. I emailed several times, sent them proofs of payment and screenshots of the dashboard, but still no solution on their part. Even being more expensive than alternatives, but their customer support in non-existing. I would not recommend.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! Stay away from linkme. I signed up for the trial and cancelled before the trial end date. I was still charged so I contacted customer support. You can't reach them through phone so I emailed. After a month of going back and forth they still were not able to cancel my subscription. They charged me again because they couldn't fully cancel the payments. I contacted them via instagram now and the person helping there was able to cancel it but was super unprofessional. I will absolutely never use Linkme. Just a terribly run company.

Impossible to “unsubscribe”

I enrolled in a free 7 day trial on 10-1-25. I began paying the monthly fee of $19.99 on 10-8-25. I canceled the service and subscription on 10-23-25. I was still billed on 11-8-25 and 12-8-25 even after I emailed numerous times asking them to cancel the subscription and refund my payments. I was unable to log in to obtain any information because I had already cancelled my account. This company makes it very difficult to effectively cancel the subscription. They said I had to cancel through my Stripe account but I do not have a Stripe account. I had to cancel my debit card and reapply for a new one with my bank in order to stop the monthly fee. The company acknowledged via email that they were going to continue to charge me the monthly fee even though I was no longer get receiving the service and could not log in since I had cancelled the account.

I participated in ambassador program…

I participated in ambassador program and was accused of IP fraud mentioning about zero tolerance from security. I too can't tolerate this accusation since it is an individual account and not company account to hire someone and mention company's name. I too have my own zero tolerance on fake accusations. I was paid for first 20 referrals and for the next 500 referrals challenge my account was blocked after referring more than 100 people and to get the response it took about a week.
There was no way to continue the conversation in discord. It looks like this company is financially suffering from losses for ambassador program and after attaining the referrals they lock the account and gain the advantage of people in their community.
For me I have a name that does not change, you mention about teams in your organization which does not effect you anyway for defamation of individual.

LinkMe is awesome

LinkMe is an awesome app. I really think it’s the next big thing in the social media world. Whether you use it for business or social purposes it brings a lot of cool and useful features to the table that other social media platforms simply can’t. Personally, I use the QR code as a free, electronic business card with my number, email, and website. You can even add a widget with the QR code if you’re on iPhone or you can add it to apple wallet. Definitely download it today and give it a shot.

From Twitter to linkme

So I started off on Twitter, I loved it for around 3 years and then a lot of bots started taking over.. that’s when I was looking for new social media apps and I scrumbled upon linkme on the App Store. I gave it a shot and downloaded it and now it’s one of my fav apps. I use it everyday and I found a new purpose in life
