I haven’t had the products long enough to report on yet but I purchased the vitamin b complex and the ashwaganda. Both recommended by a colleague as she discovered this brand at a yoga event and swears by them. Delivery was quick, service was good and I hope the product results match!

Major sickness and can cause liver damage
I was initially very happy with my product 'ashwagandha' and felt my mood had improved and had more energy.
However after approx 8 weeks of taking them I got what I thought was a tummy bug (s&d, no energy etc). I stopped taking them for around 5 days and the bug stopped quickly. I then took the tablets again and started being stick again the same day! I have googled the tablets and it can effect the liver badly and can cause s&d in many instances. I definitely won't be touching these again...it was horrific!
