Purchased a top back in 2016 & am shocked to see this company is still able to rip people off! I had the same experience,clicked on an advertisement on Facebook & fell hook line & sinker for an item that supposedly looked lovely but ended up worse than what you’d use a rag doing your housework with! Can’t believe they are still getting away with there scam,cause that is what it is!!! Top went straight in bin & won PayPal case but had to send back to China to get full refund,would have cost just as much to ship back so I gave up & lost my 25.00. Beggars belief they still getting away with it!

Wish I could give them zero stars. No return policy, takes months to get items. Items are not true to sizing. Made super cheap. Company is in China, so you have no way to reach them or have issues resolved. I would never buy from them again and think Facebook should ban them from their site as well.

I would've given 0 stars if I could, very upset, the swimsuit I ordered was 2 sizes too big for me, and I just wanted an even exchange (knowing I would have had to pay to ship it back was fine with me) but that's all they offer is to refund 50% of the price to me and I could keep it. Well it's useless to me and I really like the suit just needed different size, so basically they get to keep half my money and if i wanted to order another suit they would make more profit!!! Ridiculous, needless to say, i will never be ordering from them again! HUGE rip off!

I bought a shirt that I had always admired in the Boston Catelog, but was too expensive. Linkshe advertised the same share. They actually used the pic from Boston Proper. I should have been more suspicious, and when shirt arrived, it was an extremely poor, low quality imitation of what they advertised. Never again

I was worried when I read all the reviews , but I had already placed 2 separate orders for 2 bikinis
All I can say is don’t believe everything you read. I’m based in the UK and the first parcel arrived within a week , the second today after 3 weeks. The quality of product is just what I expected for a bikini which I paid £20 for and wanted so I could wear something different round the pool every day on my holiday . No idea what others are talking about - although most of the negatives seem to be from customers in USA

Do not order from these guys. They say you can track your package; you can't. I still have never received what I ordered and they are playing ignorant and have said that I didn't pay to get the order tracked. Actually look at the site, I did the only option and they sent me the tracking information. There was nothing.

I checked out Truspilot reviews of this business after I placed an order (yes, I know: STUPID), as I got a feeling they would be dubious. I always check the "About Us" section of new websites, but it didn't really tell me anything about them and I could find no address, hence mild alarm bells. The odd English indicated it was a Chinese supplier, so I realised that delivery would be long, and probably returns too difficult, despite what the website claims.
Anyway, in a moment of impulse I ordered an inexpensive dress and necklace (being sure to pay via PayPal for protection). I received a confirmation email stating that delivery would be between 29 Mar and 12th April. Having read other TrustPilot reviews, I was prepared to write off the inevitable loss.
Long and short is that I received my order 10 days after ordering, on 22nd March, so before expected delivery. The items are both satisfactory for the money paid, and the dress fits well and is not so thin as to be see-through, as I had feared from reading other reviews. All in all a satisfactory transaction, but I won't be using them again on principle.

The picture looked SO good, but the product is terrible. I'm a short person (5'4") and the swimsuit is made for someone 4'5" in height. There is NO way I can wear it and I can't return it to China. The workmanship is awful. Total waste of money. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. So disappointed in what I got.

I ordered swimwear in January fully expecting it to take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. I was provided with a tracking number which was marginally helpful. The swimwear arrived a few days earlier than expected and I loved the fit and the look, but didn’t care for the adjustment buckles on the shoulder straps. They were a bit on the large side and hit right on the top of my shoulder bone, making it uncomfortable. I chose to return the swimwear and that’s when the troubles began. After a few messages through their less than user-friendly website, LinkShe finally agreed to provide me with an RMA number and address in Virginia to return the swimwear, requesting that I, in turn, provide them with my tracking number. I have provided them with the same tracking number on three separate occasions and threatened to file a PayPal claim. They went silent. I filed a claim with PayPal. Just received a response from LinkShe this morning stating they cannot refund my money because I have filed a claim and before they can refund I must cancel the claim. Yea right, like that’s going to happen. Needless to say, I don’t trust them at all and will let PayPal take it from here.

Never use this company, you cannot return items and they intentionally trick customers and make the process as difficult as possible. I still cannot return things and then you go over the 30 day policy which is what they want you to do. For your own health and peace of mind do not both with them.

Horrible experience, it took a month to get and the quality was even worse than the wait.

They make it virtually impossible to return product, there is no customer service to contact, no return label, no return address. My only option at this point is to refuse the transaction on my credit card which I fully intend to do.

Don't buy from this company.

don't do it!!!! you're throwing your money down the drain....sizes are WAY off, quality is poor....junk from China....probably impossible to return....i'll probably break out in a rash from trying it on

Returns cost more than 25.00 to send,back to Shanghai. China then ONLY 50 percent back UHG-FORGET IT

This company is a scam. I ordered a blouse that never showed up. I paid for expedited shipping. What a joke, a month later no blouse. I emailed them requesting a tracking number and delivery date; at first they responded to my emails; not anymore. I have no blouse and I'm out the money I paid for the blouse. Take my advice, don't buy anything from them! They'll take your money and give you nothing for it. Highway robbery!!!

This is a scam! Product looks great, but it comes from china. You have to pay import fees, duty and taxes (about the cost of the product they're selling) and you cannot make returns!!! They close your ticket and never resolve the issue!!!

This site is such a scam!! Never received an email or any confirmation they received my order, just took my money!! Can't get in touch with anyone from the site. A notice was posted that the site was down!! PayPal was aware of this site and was really good about getting my money refunded back to me fast!!!

Ordered swimsuit on 11th January 2018, still waiting 9 weeks later. Hoping to wear on holiday, but not a chance, also paid extra for insurance. What a joke!

I ordered and paid for a bathing suit 2 months ago. Still have not received it. Totally po'd for ordering from this scam company.

wrong size sent, very poor quality, after reading the comments posted have decided not to bother sending it back as it seems pointless with all the recorded hastle, will use it for cleaning as it is unwearable, dont use this company.
