This company / website is a scam

This company / website is a scam! They claim to be a provider of professional surveillance camera solutions to private people and other businesses, but their products are faulty and not as shown on their website. When one tries to return the products or have them replaced, the company takes no responsibility for their faulty products, but says you can buy new ones at discounted price. Bought three cameras and all had faults. Two of them had visible cracks in the waterproofed housing, making them unusable for their purpose. Tried to have them returned for new ones, but company refuse to replace them or take responsibility. Cameras were also not the same size as promised, and had scratches like they were used or second hand products. The company operates under the name HANGZHOU LINOVISION CO., LTD out of Plano, Texas, with HQ in Hangzhou City in China. Sales representatives are in China and products are sent from China. No real operation seem to be happening in Plano, Texas. Images on the website of office in Texas seem to be a scam too.
