Good product but terrible customer…

Good product but terrible customer service. They don’t accept returns if not full price even if the whole store is on sale. if you decide to return the product, you can either pay 12$ to return via post and get a gift card or go to the store and have to buy something else on the spot (no gift card). The policy is misleading on their website as well. Not worth all the trouble.

Customer service lacking in compassion

Disappointing product quality, and even more disappointing customer service.

A 10-day return policy feels designed to make it difficult for you return the products, especially when they have so few stores. I was unable to return a pair of boots within 10 days (I missed the mark by 4 days) due to a death in our family. To my surprise, staff in store AND online customer service denied to offer any flexibility on this in light of the circumstances. Now I have a gift card I can use to buy shoes that will fall apart (as evidenced by the other reviews here). Terrible.

Absolutely horrible customer service…

Absolutely horrible customer service (by email not the store associates). Bought shoes in the store to be delivered to home as the one pair in my size in the store had a scratch. Should have taken that as a sign the shoes weren’t good quality but the associate assured me they would be checked before shipping. They arrived scratched as well! Now they won’t refund even though it’s a product issue because they were on sale (the whole store was 20% off so nothing is refundable and exchange only). Horrible interactions with their email customer service reps… very rude and not helpful.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Sent me dirty shoes and refused to take them back accusing me of having worn them even after I showed them that the shoes were too big and wouldn’t even stay on my feet. I’d never buy from there again. Avoid

I will never purchase from L’Intervalle again

I have been a loyal customer to L’intervalle for several years and unfortunately, their customer support was a complete let down with a technical issue with their shoe.

After walking for about 15 minutes, the insole lifts under my toes on both sides.

They offered to get them repaired but with several weeks of wait time. When we purchase brand new shoes, they’re to wear now, not several weeks later. I offered to get them repaired myself and they refused.

After several exchanges via email and 2 visits to their store, they finally made an exception to exchange the shoes for another model I wouldn’t have purchased; i couldn’t find another model that I liked.

I wanted a refund but they forced an exchange because the I had worn the shoes; how else can I know about this problem if I don’t wear them?

I will never purchase from them again. This was a stressful situation that took a lot of my time for a manufacturing problem from their end.

I've been a loyal customer for years…

I've been a loyal customer for years and absolutely love their platform boots. Recently, I decided to branch out and bought two pairs of their new Ramesses flats. They're incredibly cute, but after just 10 days and only 3-4 wears, the heel started sagging, the leather became discolored, and the tips of the shoes are scuffed and damaged. I can't understand how this could happen to shoes that are practically brand new and barely used.

I reached out to customer service and they relayed the images to their quality assurance team only to get back to me saying there is nothing they can do, and the damage pictured is unrelated to a manufacturing defect. Clearly it is...

The team offered a free repair at one of their locations... to repair and have it happen again after a few wears?

Anyways, very poor quality. Will not be shopping here any longer.

Disappointed

I have been a loyal customer of L'intervalle for many years, investing thousands of $$ in their products. However, my experience over the years has been disappointing. The quality of their products is highly inconsistent, with shoes often falling apart after minimal use or even breaking upon first wear. Despite these issues, I continued to support the brand because I loved their styles.

Unfortunately, a recent incident has led me to reconsider my loyalty. I placed an order over a month and a half ago and it has yet to be fully fulfilled. Despite contacting their customer service for an explanation, I received little information/reason for the delay. At this point, it is evident that I won't be receiving the full order and I'll have to take the initiative to cancel it and request a refund since the company failed to provide me with further updates regarding this order. After several interactions with customer service, it has become clear that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Lastly, their return policy is subpar and unforgiving.

As a longtime customer of L'intervalle, I am deeply disappointed by their lack of accountability and poor service. I will not be shopping here again.

Quality well below acceptable standards

Company refused to deal with these clearly defective shoes even at a head office level. The soles completely cracked the width of the shoes and started falling out in chunks. Fully branded. Tips show little wear. Conveniently all my customer information doesn't exist. Don't waste your money.

Boots fell apart after only wearing a…

Boots fell apart after only wearing a handful of times (less than 2 months of wear and not everyday). Boot upper split from the sole. I am getting them repaired myself because customer service said they can't do anything. Terrible quality, very disappointing.

4 weeks order hasn't shipped.

I ordered a pair of boots back in October and the fit was off, I went to return them in store and was told I could only exchange them. This was because they were on promotion but the entire site was 20% off at the time. I emailed customer service to see if an exception could be made as my husband was laid off a few days before and I would prefer the refund. The customer service rep was rude and simply said no. A month later during Black Friday I finally decided to use the credit and ordered 2 pairs of loafers (nov 24). I received an email they had shipped but it just kept saying they were delayed. When I reached out to them they said it was a faulty tracking number and my order hadn't shipped. At this point it had been 2 weeks but I said ok and waited. A week went by so I reached out again and was told I would receive an email when they ship. No apology, no timeline for when they would ship. I have emailed several times since and almost 4 weeks later and a week before Christmas my shoes still have not shipped. They have offered me a refund but that will leave me with a credit note again. I wrote a comment on their instagram and they deleted it. I can't even dispute the charge because I used a credit note. Why do companies think they can treat people this way??

Quality Quandary: A Disappointing Dive into Subpar Products

Steer clear of this store – my shopping experience was far from satisfactory. The products I purchased proved to be of subpar quality, and when I took the time to express my concerns and dissatisfaction, their response left much to be desired. Their dismissive reply stated that they couldn't identify any issues.

Despite giving the benefit of the doubt, the reality hit hard after wearing each of the four items just twice – they are all showing signs of wear and tear, falling apart faster than expected. It's disappointing when a shopping experience turns out to be a regrettable investment.

I once bought a pair of boots online…

I once bought a pair of boots online and after wearing them a few weeks, the sole started to deteriorate. I emailed them with pictures stating how disappointed I was. They first offered me an exchange or store credit. I refused, so they offered me 30% off my next order. I refused again and then they finally refunded me 30% off the price of the boots. This was in 2019 and I have yet to repurchase from them given how bad their reputation is. I was able to resell the boots a year after that so it wasn't a total loss, but I am hesitant to try them again. On paper, they seem trustworthy: made by hand in Spain, local Canadian company. However, the gargantuan amount of styles they carry and the fact that they are always on promotion (and personally their branding is a bit amateur), it really cheapens their image. They don't seem to have good values as a company, and repeatedly don't care for their customers, especially for the price point of their product. I will update if I ever repurchase again.

Customer service is despicable!
If there was a way to say zero stars, I would. I have purchased from L'Intervalle three times total. I have always been disappointed with the fit/description, etc. I bought a pair of boots for my daughter and they chewed up her heels horribly. Recently, I bought two pairs and one started squeaking in a really loud way making it embarrassing to wear them. They were terrifyingly uncomfortable as well. The other pair also didn't work out size-wise. I went to return them but it was not clear that they expected me to package both in their original boxes into a larger box to return. Who does that?! Then they wouldn't even entertain the idea that their instructions weren't clear and insulted me by saying that "no one has ever not understood their return policy for more than one pair". Can they afford to be this offensive to paying customers?! I will be telling EVERYONE that I know how reprehensible they are as a retailer... who, in this day and age of communication, behaves this way?

Garbage shoes

I recently had an awful experience with L'intervalle, and I need to share my frustration. I bought a pair of shoes expecting quality and good service, but I got neither.

The shoes fell apart after only three wears, which is unacceptable. When I sought help at the store, the customer service was terrible. They offered no real assistance, they did not even apologize for their crappy product and gave me just a card with instructions to contact customer service. Their customer service provided no customer service!!! What's even more disappointing is that they ignored my legitimate concern saying that the 30 days period is gone! Ok! A pair of shoes can work for only 30 days or less!!!! See their response in the attached image.

In short, L'intervalle's poor product quality and lack of effective customer service are disappointing. I won't be a customer again and strongly advise others to avoid this brand. There are better options out there.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Shoes never shipped

It’s sad, I really love their shoes and have bought tons in store, but when I tried to order online they just never shipped! It’s now been almost 2 months, and I’ve emailed so many times. First they just told me due to high volume of orders it may take longer(no estimate of time they could give). And now, every time I’ve emailed they just immediately ask if I want to cancel my order. If they didn’t have the shoes, why don’t they just cancel it instead of making me wait months! So so shady, would NOT recommend ordering online.

2 months later, the shoes haven’t even SHIPPED

I ordered a pair of boots and after 2 ENTIRE MONTHS of waiting, they never even shipped them. I stupidly ordered after my friend had complained it took them over a month to ship her cheap quality heels. I had emailed them too many times just asking if they would ship them! that’s all!!! I honestly didn’t care how long they took after that I just wanted them SHIPPED. Their customer service is incredibly rude and unproductive. They will not help you, they’d rather you catch that loss and just request a refund. Awful, unprofessional, and cheap brand! Absolutely not worth it, save a bit more and invest in an actually reputable brand.

USED shoes

I received a pair of EOS Pink Leather heels but they were used! I found scuff marks and dirt on the soles. The quality was also quite poor for the price. This is a dishonest and disreputable business, be wary.

The absolute worst shoe company

The absolute worst shoe company. I ordered three pairs of shoes to try since they were unavailable in person, thinking I could return at least two. None of the shoes fit (inconsistent sizing), and are terrible quality. The leather is so stiff.

I went to go apply for a return online only to find out the items that are on “promotion” are not eligible for refund. Their ENTIRE site is on promotion. Literally - there is not one thing that isn’t on sale. Meaning not a single item is eligible for refund. This shows exactly how much confidence they have in their items.

When I emailed their customer support to see if an exception could be made, a manager told me they would not be addressing my matter any further due to their explicit return policy online. Absolutely insane from an e-commerce and customer service perspective.

I ordered pair of wedges,they came with left foot size 37 and right food size 40.No answer from the costumer service whatsoever to resolve the problem.After 100 emails I am still waiting somebody to answer at least to one of my emails...DO NOT BUY FROM THERE,WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!!
