Easy to order excellent size selection and good product description

I was impressed with Lintico response when a garment was not quite right for me.
I was able to opt to keep the garment and was given a 100% credit voucher to purchase another item.
This was fine within a few days.

I think the feedback from customers and your products look good. I have only placed my order today but hoping my order is a lovely as in the ad's on facebook and on your site

Originally I had concerns about tracking my packages, but after my own initial confusion, I received timely tracking updates and very courteous customer service. The two sweaters I ordered have since arrived and they are beautiful. Based on the quality of the sweaters and the excellent customer service I have received (in spite of the fact that I was not especially courteous in my inquiry) I will certainly be ordering again, and soon.

I find the clothing is geared to smaller people. The quality of the clothing is great. I usually wear a medium and sometimes large. Your clothing I’m an extra large.

I liked your customer service responsiveness and felt it was a bit slow though. I love linen and yours colors. I wish you had more pastels. I hope your sizing becomes more standard among styles.

The size chart was most helpfull with size. I ordered 3 linen tops (different sizes) and the fit was perfect. I like the quality and style.

I have been trying to send back a blouse to Lintico to no avail. They will not respond nor give me a return address here in the UK. Unless one is gifted with incredible patience, 2.5 months is far, far too long.

I love this company. The fabrics are lovely and styles suit me. Customer service is fantastic. I've ordered 3-4 garments now and love them all.

LINTICO products are well made with beautiful fabrics. Getting the right size can be a challenge, which is the reason for the four stars. Customer service is very helpful.

It was easy and straightforward - nothing complicated. I can't comment on the quality, product or delivery until after I receive the package.

Needed help with applying credit to purchases. I don't buy a lot online because returning can be a hassle. Options Lintico offered made it easier, thanks! I got stuck in the process, and customer service was easy and helpful.

Prompt service. Good products except some are pictured on website with different neckline than what actually arrived. I’ve made two returns for this reason. But return policy is good and easy.

Very happy with garments and service.
When there appeared to be a delivery problem, the team sorted it out quickly and garments arrived next day.

The Lintico website was easy to navigate and the ordering process went effortlessly. I learned today my choice had already been dispatched. I hope the top I ordered is as lovely as the photo!!!

Web sight easy to use. Clothing very good quality so far.

Products are aimed for colder climate than I am here in Australia but it just means a little bit more searching to find clothing suitable.
I also think that some of the colder climate clothing is a little bit staid in my opinion.

I really wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Lintico. I was drawn in by the influencer marketing and the beautiful, natural-looking colours and styling, but the reality was extremely disappointing.

For me, the quality felt very poor and cheap – honestly almost plastic-like – and nothing like what I expected from the branding and price point. I was also surprised to see that my order had been shipped directly from China.

I decided to return it. To be fair, Lintico did offer me different solutions and I did receive my refund, so I can’t fault them on that part.

What shocked me was what happened to the actual return. I was instructed to send the clothes to an address in Germany, but the parcel was apparently never even collected and was eventually shipped all the way back to me. So now I have the refunded clothes sitting here again.

That experience has completely changed how I see the brand. From my perspective as a customer, it feels like inexpensive clothing shipped from China and sold through very polished influencer marketing at a significant markup. And the fact that my return travelled to Germany, wasn’t collected, and was then shipped back to Switzerland is just bizarre and incredibly wasteful. I assume if you don't keep their clothing it is just destroyed or never picked up.

I’ve genuinely never experienced anything like this with a clothing brand. I regret ordering and definitely wouldn’t order again.
