Worst Service I have EVER experienced!!!!

My first order with this company was…
My first order with this company was fine - no complaints. However, I placed another order with them on the 16th October and it’s still not been delivered. Furthermore, they will not respond to my emails and their phone line is not working. I am getting more frustrated by the minute and fear the company has collapsed.

Absolutely the best company I have ever purchased from, the communication and customer service was outstanding. I have never had a company respond to my request and go out of there way so quickly and effortlessly.
I will most certainly be buying goods from them again and highly recommending them.

You're absolutely 100% right! Our base prices are slightly higher than the high street, purely because we're still new and we don't have the buying power they do! Although as you said, when you compare our proposition in relation to other finance products we come out on top!

Although my product arrived as promise. It was opened and not everything should be in it was in it. Contacted them and asked if able to replace with a new unopened and complete product, they said no but would send the ones lacking inside. Should have checked product first and made sure it was unopened.
