Will continue to use in my food shop and diet.
Enjoyed the product, taste and quality.
Arrived no problems and quickly.

They have a good range of products to choose from.
I like the chocolate chia over night oats, they give you a boost in the morning.

Had been buying their products for some time even when local traders were bumping up prices. Then they stopped carrying them!
Hadn't realised could buy them directly online. Saved a noticeable amount, ordered on Tuesday morning and delivered Thursday. Great service.

My order was dispatched the same day by 48h tracked, but once it reached the London Mail centre it didn’t move. I waited a few days, then emailed Linwoods who said they have to wait 7 working days for Royal Mail to class it as lost. They were very apologetic despite it not being their fault, and asked me to contact again if it still didn’t arrive. When it failed to turn up, I contacted them again, and they immediately sent a replacement order with some additional sample items which was a lovely gesture! Throughout my contact with them they were quick to respond, really helpful and they come across as a company who really care about their customers. I woouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much!

Linwoods are about taking your money certainly not about Customer satisfaction. Here we go again big business says its about giving the customer a quality product. I had packaging problem and they just tried to pacify me with we will respond to you. that was 4 weeks ago they said they would reply. Business elsewhere now..

Tried to order, system would let me. Tried again, said my email address was invalid, despite the fact that they had sent a link to it!!
Interest now lost!!

First tried their flaxseed via a free sample offer and liked it so much I couldn't resist stocking up when they sent me a money off voucher via email. Ordering on the website was quick and easy (and cheaper than in the supermarkets!) and delivery was via courier within 3 days of ordering. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I've ordered a few times now and have been consistently good.
Arrived very quickly and even had some freebies inside.
The Cranberry Clusters are amazing. My husband has these with yoghurt to aid his heart health.
I use the milled products for health reasons and again, always great.

I was pleased when I found I could buy Linwoods products online some time ago. Recently, I noticed that our usual supermarket had increased their prices for the same products, so it makes more sense now to buy them online.

Spend more than 20GBP and there are no carriage costs to mainland UK. Goods are securely packed and arrive within a week.

I had a minor hiccup with my last order which was promptly resolved by email.
