Did not pay it's affiliates.

Spent thousands on ads through Google and they won't pay out from 2022.

Linxdot Miner developed a fault that was confirmed by support remotely. Miner was returned only to be then told they had no stock and they do not know when they will have. 8 months have passed and support are not replying to my emails now.

Linxdot ordered in August 2022. Advertised delivery time of 5 days.

October 2023: still nothing received. When Linxdot replies by e-mail, it claims delivery problems. Refuses a refund for the time being.

The community/forum page on their web site is no longer active.

This smacks of a company in trouble. I'm not sure if the scam was initially intentional, but the end result will be the same: pure theft!

Avoid them!

Octobre 2023 : toujours rien reçu. Quand Linxdot répond par mail, il prétexte des soucis de livraison. Refuse un remboursement pour le moment.

Cela sent l'entreprise en difficulté. Je ne suis pas sûr que l'arnaque soit initialement volontaire mais la finalité sera la même, du vol pur !

These are scammers. It's been a year and a half since I sent the money. Only replies. Thieves don't send them money.

Bought a miner then cancelled my order before they sent it out. They have not refunded me after 12 months! SCAMMERS!!

In their website they don't update quantities so you will see that the products are available but in fact they are out of stock! Morever! They wont refund you because they"can't "

Run from them keep your monkey safe! With the money I spent I could buy crypto, stake it and receive more than mining! Anyway...

I would rate negative stars if possible. They sold me a helium miner, which included the fees for onboarding and haven't been able to onboard for 2 months now because they dont fund their onboarding account. SCAM

Linxdot are selling products that have prepaid element to onboard miner to Helium network. For weeks now Linxdot have had no digital currency to pay for miner to join Helium network. So in effect they are selling products that do not work and they are not fully supporting, this is scamming people as they continuing to sell product. This can be confirmed on Linxdot support Discord by Linxdot.

1year wait, impossible to onboard it because they do not have ballance to pay the fee is supposed to be payed by linxdot!
Inexistent support! They only say "put it online and wait!
This is not a company, this is SCAM!!!

The hotspot itself is looking and working good, but the delivery was extremely overdue, actually more than one year, when it was promised to be delivered in 2-3 monts. Nevertheless, I'd like to stick with Linxdot regarding accessories and possible upgrade.

Since plugging in I’ve not had a single issue.

10 MONTHS NO REFUND BEEN PAID.

We apologise for the delays with your refund request, we understand this is very delayed.

We are committed to paying off outstanding refund requests, given some refunds were promised to be sent while we were still accepting those. However, we don't currently have an estimate for when those will be processed. As you can likely imagine, the current atmosphere in crypto is not making the refunds situation any simpler.

The product works great and the communication from the company was good

I really like the status lights on the top of the box. Design is nice and build quality good. No software issues yet and have had the miner for approx 1 year. Overall pleased with the purchase and could recommend the product.
