Simple ordering. Simple setup. Reasonable pricing.

Useless piece of device. Waited months, paid hundreds, and does nothing. I've had it for almost a year and mined £12.

Thankfully I got my refund…sort of…I had to get my credit card company involved and explain I paid for a service I didn’t receive. My credit card company gave me my money back after I advised them of all the negative reviews online as well. Companies that dodge refunds is a sign they’re financially in trouble.

Waiting for over 14 months for a 1.401,19 EURO refund!!!

I am writing to bring to your attention a very concerning issue regarding an order I placed with your company two years ago. I ordered a Linxdot router and to this day, I have yet to receive it. This is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received.

I have been patient and understanding over the past months as I was told the product would be delivered soon. However, it has become clear that this is not the case and I am now left with no other option but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities.

The lack of respect and honesty shown towards me as a customer is unacceptable and I expect a full resolution to this matter as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt response from your company to provide a resolution to this situation.

I have attached all relevant order details for your reference. Please let me know what steps will be taken to resolve this issue and deliver the product I paid for two years ago.

Scam! & no refunds!
The site says 5 days delivery.
I been waiting for 5 months!
I’ve sent multiple emails complaining to only receive an automated email saying “all remaining orders out for delivery” this was multiple months ago.

Scam!!! I lost six months of mining waiting for their product that was promised to be delivered in 5 days!! I can consider myself lucky as some people wait way longer!
Worst customer service! Basically lying all the time and blame others.
They take your money saying they have the product. They do not have it and hope to gather enough money to start another production line in China. That is why you are waiting months and years for the product.
Dishonest scammers from the beginning to the end.

a pure scammers, returned the defective units back in the summer last year, now is January and still no money...

They a bit shadow and they dont have a phone number. I have to wait in the lobby for them to arrive. There is an office building, where they hide. Around 10 am come some Chinese and 1 more white man, they didnt give me their names , first they said that didnt got the return units but after i provide the tracking number and the secretary in the lobby admitted that she signed for the units... so they got no choice but to promised me a refund. I am still waiting for this refund from the summer. I a also including the last letter i got from the notorious scammer , called Elysia...

We can definitely see that the refund has been issued from our side and apologise for the delay.

As you may have been notified previously, we're experiencing an issue with our online payments provider. Initially refunds were meant to take ~1 month, however, due to an increased sum of refunds over the past few months, they now take anything up to 5 months to clear.

The amount we've said was refunded to you will most definitely get back to you, but it will take up to 5 months. You've already waited approximately 2 months, so it will be another 3 months in your case.

I will report them to the police , i will talk to my bank too... also i am considering legal action...
this people need to be stopped asap... so they will stop ripping people off

We are still waiting for our affiliate commission from promotion in 2020! They keep talking and have other reasons why it is delayed. Should now be paid by the end of December. Of course that was not the case!

No Refund for more than 7 months

I need full names and addresses and contact number for send it to Action Fraud ,, going to make a report

Worse company I have ever dealt in my entire life. Delayed products for 6+ months, not refunding customers and now not paying their affiliates.

This company is a scam!!! Do not use for anything!! My miner (1 of 4) quit working and was told I had to go thru Tech. support before getting warranty, guess what there is no Tech support. Have been jacked around for 4 weeks now and no resolution to my problem or replacement. Stay away from these guys, terrible service and products!!!!!

Throughout 2021 we made them more than 10 grand of sale via affiliating. And despite the announcements for payments, still haven't received anything. Just ready email templates.

I will just promise to all that I will take off Linxdot selling on the UK soil if the payments are not done completely in a due course.

FCA won't allow them to continue with their work after all my followers get them reported for braking the consumer act law on the UK soil.

The cases will be forwarded to the Financial ombudsman too for breaking the part of the contract.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM.

You can purchase a device which may or may not turn up.

If you want a refund, forget it. Been waiting over a year. You will get lots of "please bear with us" "it's not out fault" generic replies.

Many people having same issues. Read the forum on their site. Many people complaining.

Avoid this company.

Delay after delay after delay.
I've send an email twice to costumer support but didn't get any reaction.
In the meantime the price of the miner has dropped 60% and shipping within a week...

Be careful when ordering at this company!!!

Suing Linxdot and the members in the court who want to join?

Hi Folks,
Aperantly many many people are scammed from this Ilicid activity from members of Lindot.com, which is actually F(X) Technology which scams people for other products too.
The company is registered in London and governed by UK juristiction.
I had talk with a lawyer specialised in such cases in London last week and he assure me very high chance of getting a compensation from the company or the members.
To amplify our case and make sure our claim is legit I proposed to sue the Linxdot all together with whoever has been scammed.
We can have an hefty compensation if we win and the chances are very high.
I am openning a group to coordinate the action. If you want to claim the money back feel free to write down your email I will then contact you and add to the group.

Very Low Receiver sensitivity, you will struggle to get a witness especially in EU because the miner has a bad receiver module, Other boards working with RSSI`s between -100 to -120 ,Linxdots are bellow the limit of -135 most of the time, that why you cannot see any witness......bad product!!

scammers!!!never contact them!!!did not send my goods for a year, did not give any information!!! after that they offered to change the country of dispatch, because there is WAR in my country, and at the same time reimburse the cost - they didn’t do anything like that! by far the worst company, liars, unscrupulous and vile!
