Customer service is the key to destroy…

Customer service is the key to destroy all. I'm a buyer long time ago. I bought 4 different sets through this years. And NEVER AGAIN! As a influencer of my Portuguese and Brazilian organisations I will promoting it as they did for me without care.- with a little 30%discounts, what a shame... Last year ( it doesn't matter when I got it what's matter is that I never used) I got a 2 expensive Eden to smoke grass and one for wax. I didn't harvest so I never usedthe grass for one year in the box. When I turn on it never worked, we spoke I did all they said but it never work. I asked about send it back for checking why it doesn't work and that's the answered they gave to me:
"
found that your device is nearly a year and a half old, which places it outside of our warranty period. In addition, the shipping location for your order falls outside of our warranty coverage area, as our warranty only applies within the U.S.""

It's a shame. On the warrant online doesn't said the warranty doesn't apply outside USA.
I'm a costumer I want to send it back you must accept it. If you want me to keep buying and promoting your products.
Plus I'm not asking for new machine I'm asking to check and repair.
It's bad very bad.

Made an initial order hoping we could…

Made an initial order hoping we could work with this company. We paid $150 for priority postage, but they chose to skimp on postage using the cheapest solution and we are waiting- more than a month later for our parcel. Meanwhile we have had 4 deliveries from USA - all placed after this order. Dont expect them to be helpful - once they have your money they are reluctant to put themselves out p not even to make a phone call.
