Terrible customer service and care!! An entire TOWN in Sterling City Texas has yet to be connected after a YEAR!! Contracts were signed in April 2025. Still no service!! BUYER BEWARE. There’s a reason why you can’t find reviews on this company. This affects families and elderly people!! Dishonorable treatment of unsuspecting consumers.
