Had a seizure

I bought this product because it was so cheap. Thought it may be a scam. Surprised when it actually arrived in the mail. I've been taking Kratom for 6 years with no problem. I ended up having a seizure and the doctor said the reason why I was because of Kratom. Maybe that's why this product is so cheap ?

Shipping has gone downhill since the summer

So I’ve been using Lionize for around a year, and the last 3 orders have had issues with their shipping.

I live in the same state as the main distribution center, around 5-10 miles away. Originally, as is also posted on their website currently, they shipped through the USPS. My items would arrive within 24 hours. Never had a single issue. Fast forward to around 6 months ago, I go to select USPS priority shipping, only the tracking number they sent led to UPS. From there we watched as our package was sent from Colorado to Dallas TX and then back to Colorado 3 days later. 2 days longer than it would have been if they sent our package with the option we chose. So it was the first time I tried to shrug it off. So about 3 months ago I go to make another order. Same thing again, I chose USPS Priority and get a tracking number for UPS. This time I contacted them, I wanted to know why they keep advertising one shipping method for me to choose and then switching it to a slower, less reliable method. It culminated in them resending the package the way we chose as well as UPS. I had asked for a refund of the shipping charges and they agreed, but then they never did it. I’m assuming the second package was reimbursement for the shipping?

So we stupidly ordered yesterday during one of their specials. Thinking that after the issues last time, they would not list USPS priority as shipping if that’s not the way it’s being shipped. Again, they allowed me to choose USPS priority and again, for a 3rd order in a row, they sent me a UPS tracking number. So instead of getting our items in a day, they will likely take a trip to Texas in an ice storm for some reason, before being sent back to us sometime around Saturday night, no more than 10 miles from their distribution center in Denver.

They’ve officially lost us due to their shipping switches we never asked for, 3 times over the last 6 months.

As of today, when they sent the most recent tracking number saying my items have “shipped”; on the UPS site it only says the label has been created but it hasn’t been given to UPS yet.

I’ve had 2 major back surgeries for Cauda Equina, I have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease, and I have lingering numbness in both legs and feet that makes walking fun and painful. I rely on this product. I don’t want to put chemicals or pills into my body, so I may have to find another distributor. I don’t like having my shipping methods changed from what I selected on your website, to a slower pace.

Update 2/9/23***

Tiffany from Lionize contacted me via email to discuss this review and provide a “reasoning” for their changing my shipping, she said UPS would be over night whereas USPS would take 3, which has not been our last experiences. We then got some random statement that if ups didn’t deliver correctly they’d use usps. We were told all this by Tiffany last time on their customer service chat and still got switched to ups at their discretion this time. We tried to give y’all chance after chance to just ship the way we chose, that’s quick and works for me not being able to bend over easily after 2 back surgeries. But nope, you again chose ups and to make excuses, while offering a better experience next time. There won’t be a next time, we have other options that will ship as chosen, not decide to switch us to UPS cause their company has an agreement with them now.

Oh and as of today UPS still hasn’t received the package, they have only created the label. And I’m being told UPS is quicker?

Good product if they get the order right

I have several trusted vendors, of which Lionize Herbs is one. I prefer to order from them because they at least say they're organic.

But, out of maybe half a dozen orders, they have messed up two. On the first, they left out an entire kilo. They did send it quickly after a couple of rounds of emailing pictures of the product and shipping label.

The last order was missing a shot. I have contacted them twice about the missing shot and received no reply either time. Needless to say I never received the shot. Very disappointing. I like their product but am hesitant to order from them again if they won't ship what's ordered. Both times this happened were during a sale. Not really sale prices when you don't receive the product.

Awesome

Awesome and strong but was disappointed in how small the sample was and i paid extra for next day shipping and it still took 5days to come but the quality is great!!!

Trustworthy company

I had a concern regarding a delayed order despite paying for expedited shipping. I became quite frustrated during my interaction with customer service, but they responded with professionalism and promptly resolved the issue. It turned out that the delay was due to the postal service. The products are excellent, and the prices are very competitive. I look forward to being a regular customer.
