Lion Marketing 

Been paying SEO services to Lion Marketing (Chris Brooker) for 5 months costing me lots of money considering I am a freelancer. I asked him again and again for proof of the work he was doing to earn the money I was sending him every month. He constantly used delaying tactics and personal family problems to avoid doing what I asked. However as soon as his invoice was due he always suddenly became more responsive every month. However he never did send me any deliverables or proof he did any work. Even after I gave him a deadline or I would take legal action. He still didn't and that's because he obviously hadn't done any work. After speaking to a reputable SEO company about my situation they told me no keywords were ranking which was very odd for 5 months work and then also said my website wasn't fit for SEO work without changes and this should have come up in the first month audits of the site. This is when I told the guy I did not receive any deliverables from Lion Marketing about audit reports on my site or ever been asked to change anything. At this point I gave Chris Brooker the chance to refund me and we go our separate ways amicably. He did not accept this and has now missed his deadline to send proof of work done so I will be taking him to court to get my money back. Needless to say avoid like the plague!

Works with convicted fraudster Richard Copestake. Absolute nightmare.

Likely the worst customer experience ever experienced.

The company apart from not delivering a final project anywhere nearby what expected, then they did not seem to any intent to try sharing on expectation to meet deliverables.

In fact when trying to reach the company were told they no interest in having a project development dialog and they refused to even speak on the phone.

I assume you get what you pay for, obviously they outsourced their service - development work and relevant person in charge seem completed neglecting any discussion with and insight provided by the client.

Chris at Lion Marketing has been a great help not only with the advertising I've needed, but with other important questions I've asked, such as payment systems to implement, email systems ect. I can now focus on what I'm good at, and leave the marketing to him. He is proactive & keeps me informed. I don't have to chase him up for answers as He is on top of my marketing needs.

We have been using Lion Marketing to improve our website and social media. Their posts have boosted our work load greatly and have helped our customers understand how we can work safely around them during this pandemic. Superb service!
