1 star – Misleading product and unfair return policy
I do NOT recommend ordering from Van Liora.
The product I received was not as described. The dress looked like it would be made from a soft, natural or cotton-like material, but in reality it was made of cheap synthetic fabric and felt very uncomfortable on the skin.
When I contacted customer service, I was told I had to return the item to China at my own expense, even though the product was shipped from the Netherlands. The return costs are very high, which makes returning the item practically impossible.
They then tried to offer partial refunds (20% → 30% → 40%), constantly changing their offers, which feels very misleading and unprofessional.
Based on my experience and similar reviews here, this appears to be a typical dropshipping setup with low-quality products and difficult return conditions.
Be very careful before ordering from this webshop.
