My face is swollen, red and on fire. Im in a lot of pain, but to make matters worse its my wedding tomorrow and my allergic reaction to this means I cant wear make up. Its ruined my day already :(
Ive never had any allergies and my skin always works with products that sensitive people have problems with.

Ignorant company emailed requesting refund all ignored and product still not received

Ordered and paid for the product on the 2nd November 2021. Have not received my product and I have had no response to my emails in regards to my order! Can someone PLEASE contact me!

Hi can I please have someone get back to me please I have written emails called and left messages i have sent a message on Facebook I tried to get back on you site and it’s down ? I have a feeling I have been scammed ☹️

Since applying your product, I have broken out with urticaria on my face, around my eyes, on my arms and wrists, and tingling of my tongue.
Like many others here, these reactions aren’t uncommon. I, also, like many others, have NEVER had a allergic reaction to anything.
BUYER BEWARE! What a huge waste of money!
And Lip MD, don’t bother with your generic reply to the reviews like mine. Hopefully potential buyers will actually look at these reviews BEFORE they waste their money.

Bought online as there was an offer for bogof, well I must say how disappointed I was with this “lip plumper”. There’s no difference in this as compared with my cheap lip gloss. There’s no tingling effect, I kept waiting for it to happen but never happened, my lips are no different now than before I used it. Could have saved myself a few Bob and bought an off the counter gloss. Not worth the money 💴

After searching the internet high and low for a decent lip gloss that makes my lips look fuller without having to pay over the odds, I am not a happy customer!
I applied the lip gloss and within about 60 seconds, I developed red blotchy marks all round my mouth which started to spread further around my face and was really burning and itching, along with my tongue swelling and feeling hot. I had to wipe it off. I’m gutted as I spent a fair bit on buying this lipgloss. I understand everyone’s skin reacts different, but there seems to be more negative comments on here than positive.....this company need to re-think their ingredients as it is going to cause someone to have a life threatening reaction if these reviews aren’t taken seriously.

I had a severe reaction to product my lips tingled a bit then my face went bright red and patchy. I have requested a refund and sent pictures of my face to show them the allergic reaction to the product and Was advised that I would be refunded however no refund!!

Awful product burnt all around my lips mouth n chin area. N it only went on my lips ..., be v careful !

I loved the gloss my top lip disappeared when I smiled I was so tired of it and thinking about getting injections💉
I can't belive the difference this has made, i feel like it changed my top lip completely!! Will use this forever..... if you just stay just on the lips 💋 themselves and not go on the skin around the lips you will be fine so happy!!

Absolute crap does not work at all a waste of money do not buy

Please do not buy, it does not work at all, all it does is make your lips tingle and that’s it, worst money I have ever spent, as false advertising goes this is one of the best,,

I am not allergic to anything & I do not have sensitive skin. I broke out in a terrible rash all over my lips and around my mouth. I sent them a photo of the immediate and shocking reaction on my face and they will not refund my money. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service of this company!

I wrote a review about a week ago, hoping that someone from the company would respond, and sure enough they did. They were very kind and explained why my order was taking so long and offered solutions. I received my order not too long after. I have to say I am happy with the product. I noticed it did plump my lips and smooth out the lines. There is some tingling and it will give some color. Make sure, as they say not to go outside of your lip line. I am happy to have had a turnaround from the original experience/review. Thank you LIPMD!

Buyer beware. I ordered the Lipmd and it didn't work received a replacement to find the same thing happened. After many attempts to contact them that their product doesn't even turn on when charged and never actually got a chance to even use it I have never heard from them and was totally ignored. This is not a product I recommend nor a company I would ever deal with in the future as they dont have any ethics and conscience to steal your money for something that doesnt even turn on. Don't buy it as the only thing that sucks is this business and not the Lipmd device!

My wrist is red, inflamed and very itchy after 3 minutes.Thank god I did the patch test first. Clearly many people are suffering extreme allergic reactions to this product and it should be withdrawn! Reporting to UK Trading Standards & hopefully no one else will have to suffer this. I'd attach a photo if I could. AVOID.

Ended up in A&E with a reaction to this, face is still swollen, red and lumpy. Am on antihistamines and may need steroids if the reaction gets worse. I never react to anything so this is very strange. This may work nicely on some people but my experience has not been good.

My lips are on fire my skins is now red and inflamed and very sore like iv applied with a chilli pepper if this is the result you get to have fuller lips by putting something that irritates and causes swelling then I'd rather my thin lips I got this for my daughter thank god I tried it before hand or it would be a trip to A & E

I have never been more impressed with a lip plumping product than I am with LIPMD definitely a MUST HAVE in my opinion, thankyou

Such a fantastic product. I’ve saved so much money on actual lip injections and I’ll never go back.
Always wonderful customer service too !
