Excellent quality and durability
Excellent quality and durability, and fast shipping! The one issue is the sizing is incorrect, I ordered the size based on my measurements and it's VERY small. I definitely need a larger size.
Two week update: much of my inflammation/swelling has now gone down and the bottoms for perfectly!! Breathable, comfortable, and the compression is really nice - it doesn't bunch up and the elastic at the edges doesn't cinch. Updating my review from 4 stars to 5 stars!!

Must buy
I bought the Active compression leggings 5 months ago & love them! They really help with pain & moving lymph fluid. It has really changed my lymphedema.
The only issues I had are with the website & the sizing guide. I sized down initially & it was still too big. Their customer service has been great. They don’t have a USA phone number, only email. Very quick delivery.

Does not fit
I ordered 3 different types of compression leggings and none of them fit. I need a bigger size in the hips and waist, but then the calves and ankles are too big. The measurements do not work for my body size. The extender did not help since I couldn’t get the garment up to even try it. Maybe it’s me, but if I can’t even pull the garments up now, I can’t imagine getting this on post surgery.

Great quality
I had a question about the size since I fell in between two sizes. Sent an email and received a response the next day. I did not want to wait that long so I took a chance and ordered the next size up. That’s why I would have preferred to speak to someone on the phone. Would have gotten an answer quicker. Received my compression pants pretty quickly. Still not sure if I have the best fit. Great quality though.

I love the material and really wished…
I love the material and really wished these worked! Unfortunately they just are not comfortable on my upper thighs. Where the edge of the opening is, cuts into my thigh and is painful. However if there was no opening they would feel perfect and I am sad they don't work especially after spending so much money.

Quality Garment, But Confusing Sizing Guidance
The garment quality is good, but the website’s sizing for Low vs. High variants is very unclear, especially when viewing or ordering on the mobile site. The section is labeled “Styling,” which made me think “High” referred to a higher-waisted style, not the height of the person. As a result, I ordered the wrong variant before traveling for lipedema surgery.
Post-op, the garment was too short and caused uncomfortable midsection bloating until I could switch into the correct size. Customer service was polite but offered no flexibility or gesture of goodwill, even though the issue stemmed from unclear labeling.
I strongly recommend Lipoelastic move the Low/High guidance to the sizing section and clarify that it refers to height. This would prevent confusion for future customers who rely on proper compression after lipedema surgery.

Waist band unraveled in one. Hole in the other pair.
The shipping was good and I love that they have a petite size however the waistband of one is already torn after only owning them a month and a half. The other pair I got already has a hole where the seam has unraveled on the foot. I reached out to see if there was any warranty on the contact us page but never received a response. These are very expensive but I didn’t mind spending it because I thought they would be a higher quality. Unfortunately, they aren’t.

Quality material. Super absorbing. I use body oil before I wear the garment to prevent chafing. Great for recovery and if you have to wear for a long period of time.

Average quality for high price
No information was provided during purchase on additional charges and fees for UPS, taxes, and tariffs, almost $50 total! No information on how to return if not satisfied. Fabric does not feel comfortable. The bodysuit doesn't fit well, and there are no (!) provisions to adjust. Overall, average to low quality and very high price. I'm very disappointed.

Unreasonably small waist
Love the fabric, but the waist size is ridiculous. I cannot breathe while wearing it, and I don’t have a very big waist.
You really need to listen to customers when they complain about the waist size. The complaints are real.
