I recently ordered the Amazon box and was disappointed by the products included. Many were small beauty samples and the big thing was a Tori toy that is not in my opinion “high value” . The other bigger thing was a USA tv antenna. Again disappointing. I get it’s a mystery box so very much pot luck, but some of the items did feel very £1 shop. I love the concept and had ordered a household box before that was in my opinion much better value for money as the things I didn’t want could gift. This time I felt a bit conned.

Good quality products at excellent prices. I’ve had no issues with any of my orders. I’ve been especially happy with ESPA products and aromatherapy candles. All delivered within the time expected and all received in excellent condition. I’d definitely recommend buying from liquidation.store

It was my sister who got me onto this company and so far ive jad excellent ESPA products at amazing prices. Its great that it stops all these stuff going to landfill, excellent concept.
Look forward to getting more bargains from good brands. Ive now purchased twice, delivery was also good, well packaged.

I ordered the Mystery Box not knowing what might be in it but I was happy with the contents. Obviously some things were not for me but I handed them to my daughter who found them more useful. One item was broken, a flower pot, but after messaging them, they sent out a new one within days. I love the whole idea of saving good quality items from landfill and will continue to support the liquidation store

I decided to try one of the mystery boxes from Liquidation Store out of curiosity. I completely understand that with liquidation items you’re not always going to get perfect products and you generally get what you pay for.

That said, I was a bit disappointed with what I received. Some of the items were fine and I’ll probably use a couple of them, but one of the products was a packet of biscuits that was already out of date, which really shouldn’t be sent out to customers.

I do think the concept behind the company is a great idea — reducing waste and helping save products from going to landfill is something I really support. Unfortunately, in my case the mystery box didn’t quite live up to expectations. Out of everything I received I’ll likely only use one or two items.

I’m not angry about it, just a bit disappointed. Personally, I probably wouldn’t choose the mystery box again and would go for something more specific instead. The idea is great, but the execution could definitely be improved.

I've ordered a few times and loved my products and when things were missing I was sent them with an apology, so excellent customer service, I will continue to buy from you and always look forward to looking at new in as well, keep up the good work guys

Don’t waste your money all the adds and reviews look good. I ordered the home box and expected to get some kitchen items … cocktail sticks and cookie cutters, a water bottle. Very cheap items, pound shop are better quality. I know that it’s a mystery what you get but this is very false advertising in my opinion ! Since when is a tv antenna going to be useful to anyone ?! I can’t even stick any of this stuff onto vinted to make my money back!!! Absolute rubbish….

Absolute waste of money out of date biscuits awful things I have no idea what they are things that are all written in a foreign language so I have no idea what it is

Extremely poor. I purchased a palet of goods from them online only to be sent an entire set of baby items which no variety in the order.

In addition they have flooded the market with the same items so when it came to resale the goods were not even worth 20% of the retail price this company is stating.

I had requested the goods to be returned but they have a T&C within there contract void this against the confusmer right.

I lost £600 with this business AVOID using them

If your a reseller like me don't buy the mystery boxes. I took a chance on a couple of pet ones and i'm bitter;;y dissapointed in the lack of value. It's £1 shop products and you won't see your money back let alone any profit.

I've had several boxes now and the beauty mystery boxes and candle mystery boxes are excellent
The candles are high end and smell amazing! I got them to use as gifts but actually keeping them all to myself as they're that good!
The beauty boxes have a fantastic range of products which I would mostly use, the few things I wouldn't are perfect for gifts though
You really do get your moneys worth so it's definitely worth while

I judge a company not on what they do well but on how they fix the things they get wrong and The Liquidation Store were excellent. A bottle of soap exploded in my parcel and they sorted it out and gave me a % off my next order. Great service, would 100% use again.

I scored a mystery box filled with a quirky mix: baby grows, dog toys, colorful lip balm (for those “crap nipples” moments), headphones, makeup, birthday balloons, and decorations—some treasures, some just... interesting! 🎉
