Be very careful what you sign for BEFORE signing your agreement. Hidden costs everywhere.

Also make sure the person doing your car handover at the point of return signs and states that the car is in A1 condition because I had charges to say the car had been damaged even though it was in brand new condition.

Also tried to claim a service fee which was hugely exaggerated against a normal garage fee.

Finally they will attempt to reinstate a direct debit even after you may have cancelled it after the final payment. This is fraud and it has been reported both to my bank and to my local trading standards office.

All final fee's were in dispute and they reinstated my direct debit with my consent or knowledge and I didn't find out about it until the money came out of my bank.

Again reported and claim made with my bank for fraudulent activity.
