Efficient customer service

We are very pleased with the technical support provided by Liquidline. Ralph responded quickly to our request submitted through the online portal and, with his calm and knowledgeable approach, successfully resolved the issue remotely. As a result, there was no need for an engineer to visit our site.

Great Customer Service

Everyone was very helpful when we had an error on the machine which turned out to be an easy fix. Jeff got back to me within 15 minutes of calling the helpline. Great customer service!

Excellent Customer Service

Liquidline are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Both Customer Service and the Service Engineers are professional, helpful and always offer an excellent service.
Would 100% recommend them to any business looking to install a coffee machine or to use any of the products they supply.

Liquidline Excellent Customer Service

On two separate occassions, we ran out of gas canisters for our office Zip Tap and the filter needed changing. Both times, Charlotte Underdown was super responsive and helpful - getting both issues resolved easily and quickly. Really helpful and professional service!

DELIVERY DELAY

The courier company who was assigned to deliver our order kept saying that our order was due to be delivered then would send another one to say that it had been delayed when it should have been delivered the next day from the order date.
On contacting Customer Service at Liquid Line,
Laura was extremely helpful by contacting the Courier Company over two days to see where our delivery was and when they intended to deliver.
