Over the last decade I have taken in a fair number of rescue cats, often elderly or with FIV. Liquivite has been invaluable as either a convalescent food or, for the elderly cats with kidney issues, a regular supplement in their diet (though it can be used in weaning kittens as well). For most health conditions, I prefer it to the specialist brands often touted by vets, as I usually see cats perk up after a can, their fur noticeably sleeker due to the high Omega-3 content. All my cats seem to enjoy it, which is not surprising given that it appears to be a high quality protein added version of chicken soup. I generally order the large cans in bulk, which makes it more cost-effective, especially when compared to many vet recommended packet foods. The very personable seller (deservedly) takes real pride in his product, and he has reliably anticipated any issues with shipping, while making useful recommendations and going out of his way to ensure the product reaches us quickly when we need it fast (including recently as part of our preparation for the CV crisis). Liquivite is something I have found useful to have on hand at all times and I am quite certain that it has played a role in seeing our old moggies live to the grand old age (20+) they have. I have been recommending this tremendous product to pet owners for years (there is a version for dogs too) and am delighted to be able to recommend it on this site too.
