What an awful experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They don't ship the orders complete, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer their phones. Trust me on this one!

If I could give (-) Stars I would. Total scammers! Avoid at all cost. I Ordered~~$600 of bourbon. It Never shipped. Been little, to No, communication from them. I finally Requested full refund via email; made several requests and inquiries to status. After more than two weeks, I’ve got no order, no tracking, no refund, no communication from LS. I’ll be turning this over to AMEX.

Bought two orders from them totaling over $5,000 usd. First order I had to email several
times about when the entire first order will be sent. A week later I was told via email from Noel / Liquor Stars that 3 tracking numbers would be sent to me but I only got 2 tracking numbers from L.S Shipping Wharehouse when they were preparing to ship, never from Liquor Stars or Noel. I assumed L.S Shipping is their distributor. Regarding this first order,
5 bottles placed, one was conveniently cancelled and refunded for the original price bought ($1050) while Liquor Stars website shows multiple same bottle available for $300 higher. Back to the first order, of the two tracking numbers I received from their distributor, L.S Shipping Wharehouse, I only received 1 bottle per tracking number. So out of 5 bottles ordered I only received 2, 2 were
missing, and one was cancelled by Liquor Stars a week after ordered and now priced $300 higher.

Regarding the second order I got one bottle but no box. I emailed them several times about the missing box but no answer. I asked the for the second order to be cancelled. Only after I threatened to dispute with my credit card did I get text and a phone call from Brandon. He was unprofessional and lack candor. He conveniently informed me the second bottle from my second order was being shipped as we spoke but said they were out of boxes for the hibiki 12 that I received without a box from the second order; though on their website they still have the hibiki 12 advertised and selling as of this review (9 bottles available with box) for $569.90.

When I inquired about my first order, he asked me which bottles I was missing. After telling him i am still missing 2 bottles from my first order he said they were all sent. He conveniently sent me a third tracking number for the first order that was supposedly sent on 10/24 and delivered on 10/30 though I never received it. This tracking was never sent to me prior to informing them of my intent to dispute. Brandon was the same guy that sent me a text on 10/27/24 soon after I made my second order from Liquor Stars offering to sell me a Yamazaki 25 for $8,700 outside of their website.

I would never buy from this company again. Keeping up with your order is painful and if you don’t they will sit on your order for weeks to months. Then when they ship your order it’s always partial fulfillment. But pay careful attention when the tracking is provided by their distributor, L.S Shipping Wharehouse. The tracking will show more bottles are being shipped then were shipped. Luckily I recorded all by orders from everyone from package delivered to opening as to protect my end. And don’t believe anything Brandon or Noel or anyome from liquor stores via email, text, or phone. They lie like politicians but are rude as heck when confronted with facts. Especially that fella Brandon, he is like the ex-wife from
hell.

Stole my money. Never shipped products.

Scam! Do not buy from these criminals! Wish I would’ve read all the horrible reviews first. Shorted me Weller Full Proof $275. Had to file fraudulent charge with credit card.
Noel should be arrested!!

I was contacted by liquor stars about a special bottle I had been looking for. They offered it to me at a very nice price and gave me free shipping. They told me I would have my order within 10 days. Even though the area was beset with a horrible hurricane, I got my shipment as promised. It was a very nice experience. Highly recommend!

Ordered and was told it was picked up UPS but they lied, never was and after many emails and no responses I disputed the purchased with my card service. Appears to be a online scam business out of fruit land so beware - you've been warned..

Place and order. Called, emailed and texted 5 days prior to my order being shipped to change the shipping address. The did not respond to any method of contact that I used to try to contact them. They blocked my number and I had to use my other number to get though all because they refused to be courteous enough to do an address change because I ordered a gift. I will be returning the product and getting a refund.

Placed an order on July 4th, week plus goes by, nothing, reached out to them on their chat, they answer that the order was awaiting fulfillment. 2 days later, sent them a question mark, reply was, it is going to ship tomorrow. Did not ship! Tried their text, no answer, sent an email no answer. Went back to the chat on the 22nd, telling them that I had not received my order and if it did not ship that I would call my credit card company and dispute the charges. They answered right back that they would forward me a tracking number the next day, and if not, they would refund the money. The 25th, asked them where are we at, they said the Weller shipped and Heaven’s door was refunded. I asked for a tracking #, no reply. Credit card was billed the full amount, and there has been no refunds as of today 8-5. Had to call the credit card company to dispute the charges. I had ordered from them once before with no issues, but not this time. Buyer beware.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in my 68 years! Lie after lie about the status of my order. I truly believe they are not even a legit business.
FINALLY got a refund after disputing charges. On the rare occasion I actually talked to someone, they were very rude and lied. Try to tell me repeatedly that it had been shipped even though UPS said it had not. Don't waste your time and money here!

Scam, ordered Elmer T Lee and they never shipped it. Claim day after fay "it's going to be shipped" reported to my credit card co. SCAM!!!!

I did Order two white Weller and came in within two weeks. I think that was a good time.
Some people said that I paid too much but I think that was fair price
After I ordered from liquor Stars I start reading the reviews a lot of negative reviews. I got nervous, but everything went OK after that I will order from them again.

They dont ship on time, they dont answer the phone or text system, they keep you money and dont have answers. If you are lucky enough to talk to someone they are RUDE!!!
I have waited 2.5 weeks and still no order after spending $500

This is a fake company. It’s not legit. I’ll be reporting to my credit card today.
Their phone system is conveniently down due to maintenance and nobody responds to my email. A shipping label was made but nothings happened since July 3. I paid for expediting still heard nothing. They’re definitely a scam.

Wouldn’t process a cancellation. Had to dispute via CC.

This company needs to be put out of business. PERIOD!!! Awful customer service. They failed to ship a $900 bottle of whiskey. I have to now dispute the CC charges. Their shipping sucks as well just all around garbage. I should have looked into them before I made a purchase.

Ordered two bottles of bourbon. Shipped only one. Emailed six times over two months and finally had to submit a dispute to credit card company. I’m sure any positive reviews are fake.

Use caution! I ordered a couple of high end whisky’s from Liquor Stars because of the amazing price as a gift. I had plenty of time (almost 2 months) before the event so I figured I was good to go. When I realized that the shipment was getting closer to my required date I started to message them and would get “it’s shipping Monday” or “the warehouse is packing it tomorrow“. I asked for tracking and the printed a “dummy” UPS label but it never showed as shipped. Finally I told them I was interested in ordering several bottles that totaled over $3500 and like magic my order left the warehouse in a couple of days. It arrived late so I had to scrambled for a replacement and needless to say I never placed the large order.

I did a google search on the store and looked at the street view and it’s some janky shop in a California strip mall. The person running the web operation is Noel and I think (not sure) acquires the bottles through a five finger employee discount and that’s why it takes so long (he has to wait for the opportunity to acquire).

I did receive my correct order. Not willing to risk my money again. Use this site with caution. Also, the reviews on the site are by bots and anything less than 4 stars is removed by Noel.

All items sent out of $644 were incorrect and ALL attempts (and there have been numerous) have not gotten me anywhere!!!!! Don’t throw away your money and save yourself serious headaches

I ordered 3 bottles in January, only received 2. I've written to them several times asking about the missing bottle and was assured it was going to be shipped out on Monday but Monday never came. I've asked for the $90 for the bottle back and they've just stopped responding. I'm sharing this every place I can to tell people to not allow yourself to be scammed by this place. I gave them 3 months and multiple chances to make it right and they've failed. I was nervous to order liquor online and this is exactly why. Awful experience!
