First time I’ve ever gone foraging so was in experienced and knowledgeable mother and daughter guides for the day. Learned how to recognise and use plants for food or for medicinal purposes and what plants provided the intended medicinal benefits needed.
And your Nettle cake is outstanding.

Lovely day out foraging and learning about the wide range of plants we collected. It was a lovely birthday with some yummyy nettle cakes and goodies in our bags and we finished off with making some tinctures at the end. Thanks for a great day out!

We went on a foraging course on Saturday with Lisa and her daughter Diandra.
We had an amazing time. We learned so much and really enjoyed the experience. Lisa has such great knowledge and a wonderful nature that made my whole family enjoy the whole experience.
They provided a lovely goody bag with home made nettle cakes, tea and other little goodies and we made our own tinctures at the end. They also gave us some homemade elderflower cordial around the trail which was lovely.
We brought 3 of our children and they were so good with them, I have a child with special educational needs and can get bored very easily however he managed the whole 3 hours and enjoyed himself.
We loved our experience and highly recommend it.

I loved this foraging experience - a friendly little group and lots was learnt. I have been inspired to learn more. The goodie bag was an absolute bonus with edible treats.

It was our first time taking a foraging course and we could be happier! Lisa, the teacher, was not only very knowledgeable but also lovely to be around, with a genuine passion for botanicals. It was very well organised thanks to Diandra, her daughter, who is behind the idea of sharing her mother's knowledge while bringing people together - and what a wonderful idea indeed!
All in all, we learnt a lot, had fun, enjoyed the walk, and got to taste plants and other home-made sweet and savoury treats on the way, made by Lisa herself. Thank you again Lisa and Diandra, you are two beautiful people with a fantastic energy and I am sure we will see each other again!

I really enjoyed the foraging course. Lisa was very knowledgeable and we had plenty of chance to ask questions. Highly recommend!

Honestly this was the most incredible session and far exceeded our already high expectations. Lisa was brilliant: kind, informative, a literal well of knowledge. It was exceptionally organised and we left with an abundant amount of practical knowledge about foraging. We were also given a generous provision of Lisa's wild garlic pesto, wild garlic salt, wild herbal teas, homemade vegan cake, gardening gloves and recipes. Besides being amazing value for money, it was the best way I can imagine spending an afternoon. Later that day we managed to make a delicious wild garlic pesto based on Lisa's recipe. DEFINITELY going again!
