I have been watching Lisa Eldridge on YouTube since the very beginning. As a former MUA and artist in general from oil painting to floral design I can appreciate Her approach to makeup artistry. Trends come and go but her understanding of color, contour, texture and light give her an advantage over others in the industry.
I recently purchased her new Velatura lip and cheek tint in Cinnamon Bun and Rose Madder. When my package arrived there was only the Cinnamon Bun (BTW I immediately tried it and it was amazing!) I contacted her customer service department and they swiftly fixed the issue and ordered me another Rose Madder right away. It doesn’t surprise me at all that her team is of the highest standards because that is what I have come to expect from anything from Lisa. She is truly a gem and, BTW, have you seen her gems? I purchased the Kate ring a few years ago and it is my favorite ring. I highly recommend her content, makeup, skincare and jewelry and look forward to every new addition.

I highly recommend this brand. Not only are the products one of a kind concerning formulas (for example the BEST liquid eyeshadows, hands down, and non-sticky, nourishing lipglosses) and colours, but the customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I had an issue with a product that was damaged in transit and Gemma of the support team responded within 90 minutes of my mail, settling everything. Extraordinary!

Every time I buy from Lisa’s company, there is a small glitch with courier company. And every time a get some kind of refund (this time for Express shipping) even though I protest seeing it is really not their fault. It is not a fortune, but the gesture that matters. And I write to Customer Service when I remember, then I feel stunned that they reply in evening, on weekends, they tell you exact facts, any news. And brush it off like it is nothing. Maybe it is what it should be, but very often isn’t. Just wanted to thank them this way.
About the company, innovations, artistic attitude, Lisa’s vast knowledge and frankly her soul poured into it, that is said so many times. But we should not forget it. Most brands are just profit driven, this is different. Hope that she will inspire others to strive to excellence.

First of all, I have to say that in all truth I am horrible at leaving reviews, so this is one of those very rare occasions where I’m so impressed (should say blown away!) by every aspect pertaining to customer service, products, Lisa Eldridge’s amazing tutorials (this lady taught me how to apply makeup!), and much more. In the interest of keeping this short, I will tackle products first. Everything I buy from this company is of the highest quality and so easy to use - if an idiot like me can do it, anyone can! The Pinpoint® Concealers are one of the greatest inventions in the history of make-up. The Elevated Glow Highlighter is divine - light as air but THERE! Last but definitely not least, I have contacted customer service a couple of times regarding restocking or some such thing. Now we’ve all suffered the endless frustrations of unhelpful, unresponsive contact teams, but not here. THEY GET BACK TO YOU. IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL!!⚠️ It’s a first for me and I’m telling you, folks, there is hope for humanity! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Longtime fan and first time online customer, and I made a mistake in placing my order. Before it shipped, I reached out to the customer service team. They handled it promptly, gracefully, and seamlessly. It couldn't have been a more smooth or satisfactory process. I wouldn't hesitate ordering again from them immediately, and often.

I had an issue with my most recent order, it started with DHL advising me that they were having an issue at their sorting department. Just one day later than expected my order arrived, unfortunately I did not receive my own items but it appeared I had received someone else's order. I contacted customer service and within moments I had received a response. I just had to send photos of what had arrived showing the original packaging. I sent those off and very quickly later I received an email advising me that my own order was being sent out again and that I could hold onto the incorrect items as a good will gesture. I have been ordering from Lisa Eldridge Cosmetics for years and this is the first time I have had any issues with my order.

their customer service team was so lovely and helpful when it came to suggesting shade matches, sending samples for free and then verifying through photos - really thorough and made sure i had the right product at the end! their products are also the best quality that i have ever tried and a very inclusive shade range, i’m now a regular customer and fan :)

I have been familiar with the products from the beginning and I am a huge fan and have made my friends fans as well. The online customer service is excellent. They are very helpful, friendly and polite. They respond as quickly as in a chat and the information they provide is very helpful especially for products as the Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint and the pinpoint concealer pencil, the shade of which is totally unique for each skin tone and extremely tricky to choose online the first time. Very excited! Thank you! Can’t wait to receive the products!

Just love these products. The skin tint is just the perfect
mix of lightness and coverage. It’s really beautiful to apply. I’ve switched over from a tinted moisturiser as the tint gives me a little bit more but without any heaviness. Love this brand!

I really like Lisa Eldridge products, pricey, but they are excellent. I’ve recently had a couple of delivery issues and have to say that their customer service is excellent. They reply promptly and there’s never any quibbles. Clearly their customers are very important to them.
