I ordered in November 2024 but it does take time for order to arrive maybe due to coming i think from overseas. When my 2 tights arrived fleece lined.I put one on and unfortunately it ripped so badly I was lucky I had a skirt on to cover my exposed butt. I contacted the company by email and they gave me the option for them to replace the item requested my size and colour I wanted. I informed them by email size and colour. They sent me the replacement ,it took 2 wks to come. I have now worn these and it fits me perfectly . I was not sure about them but as they responded favourably and now I got a tight that fits well size 2xl/3xl size 24.

Processing and shipping times are absolute lies. Ordered 12/26 for a 1/3 event. As of 1/6, order is still being prepared. Will update with product quality if/when ever received.

Their website portrays them as a legit small business, so during their Black Friday sale, I ordered two pairs of tights for a trip to a cold city.

Their website says this about shipping times:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

But they didn’t arrive within that time, in fact they took over three weeks, too late for my trip. They were waiting for me when I got back. I told Lisette I wanted to return the unopened package as I have no use for the tights now because I live in a warm area of California.

They said I could return them but I needed to pay my own shipping costs to France! Of course they know this would cost as much as the tights themselves, so customers won’t do it. What a scam, I regret trusting that they were a legit company. I feel totally ripped off.

This is most definitely a scam. I received the three tights that I ordered a month after I ordered them, but there was no label, and no proper packaging with the logo as advertised. You can get the same tights on Temu or Shein. This is a company trying to portray themselves as a small business while shipping products from other sellers at an inflated prices.

The website gave me the impression that this was a small business, but it just turns out that they are just shipping directly from China which meant my order took nearly a month to get to me.

I ordered two of the same size tights and they are vastly different in size and quite poor quality for the price.
No size labels on either and only one has a washing instructions tag sewn in.

The ‘free’ thermal socks are just a piece of tights material with a roughly overlocked hem at the top.

Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
