While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Lissa makes adaptive soundscapes that help you focus, breathe, move and sleep. Instead of one app for sleep, another for work, a third for breathing and a fourth for music, Lissa brings them together. Its soundscapes respond to your day, your surroundings and what you're doing, and you can tweak any of them or build your own from generative music, your own playlists or Apple Music. Around the sound sits a daily toolkit: interval timers, gentle alarms, distraction blocking that keeps your phone out of the way, breathing guided by feel, and a red night light that fades as you drift off. Many of our soundscapes are built on published research, and we write that research up in plain language so you can see why each one sounds the way it does. Lissa is made by LISSA LLC, a small team of sound designers, writers and engineers who care about the details. The app is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at lissa.app for early access. We read every review, and we'd love to hear how Lissa fits into your day.
