This is definitely a complete scam. There is a Review on" bestbuyersguide" which states it is the top 5 products. I think that is completely false advertising. The product does not work at all, it doesn't heat up enough to do anything. If you switch it on and wait it takes 10mins to get to the highest heat, which does nothing, then if you switch it off again and then on the temperature has dropped 3 levels. It also abruptly flashes all the temp levels and then switches off by itself. The customer service is terrible, I've being trying to get a refund for 4 weeks now, after sending videos showing its inadequacy. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Do not buy this brush. After a few weeks, the brush stopped working (kept switching off). I complained but the staff stalled constantly. I had to send a video of the fault, which wasn't easy. Eventually they sent me a replacement unit. Within a few weeks again, this one malfunctioned. This time it wouldn't stop charging even with no cord attached. Got so hot I thought I would catch fire. I had to disconnect it's battery section. Contacted their customer service again and their response was that they had met their warranty obligations by sending the first replacement unit. And I even paid the extra money for an extended warranty. Do not buy this product as it is garbage. Do not deal with this company as they clearly have no ethics.

Review of Lissup Brush for Straightening:
DO NOT PURCHASE!

I recently purchased the Lissup brush straightener, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed. The product was faulty right from the start; it simply did not heat up at all. Despite its claims of reaching temperatures up to 230 degrees, I couldn't get it to work, making it completely useless.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience was shockingly poor. I had to send a video demonstrating the issue via WeTransfer, which was a hassle in itself, as it takes time to download. As requested by the Company, I ended up sending the video five times, only to find that they hadn't opened it at all and the download link expired each time. It was incredibly frustrating, and after all that effort, I received no response regarding what they plan to do about the faulty product or any indication of a refund.

In short, this product is a total waste of money, and the customer service is non-existent. I strongly advise against purchasing the Lissup brush. Save your time and money and look for a more reliable option!
