Something has changed with ListReports and for the worse. I am a Principal Real Estate Broker and have used ListReports for years, and so have my Realtors.

6 months ago the problem started. When you print out a flyer it is a pdf. Viewing the pdf before printing shows their is no spaces in the margins---great. However, now when you print the flyer, the image moves to the left and leaves a very large ugly white space on the right side.

I have contacted ListReports numerous times and they say the same thing, that I do not know how to print their flyers. Really! I have successfully printer their flyers for years. I contact Adobe as "pdf" is their product and they said they released an update 6 months ago and they notified their vendors to make changes in the print "coding".

Again I reached out to ListReports and they repeat the same tired response that I do not know how to properly print their flyers.

Note, I am 71 years old and very experienced on using Adobe Acrobat. I use alot of programs to print out pdf---and no problem with printing.

It is sad that ListReports won't listen to feedback from a long time user.

Signed up to gain insight on local agents' closed volume. Found out that was locked behind an additional paywall, so i cancelled my subscription 24 hours later. Found out you can't cancel online, you have to contact ListReports via email. There's no phone number to call. Their website leans on an AI chat bot instead of a human being. I initiated the cancellation in February and was told via email that the cancellation was confirmed. They've since charged me twice. Upon recently discovering this I emailed them again notifying them of the issue. They said they showed no record of my cancellation and asked for screenshots of my emails (are you kidding me!??!?!?!). I provided those screenshots 4 days ago and still nothing, now I'm writing this review as a result. What an absolutely deplorable company - you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

When you want info about signing up they are relentless, which is their job. Once you sign up good luck in any follow up!

Horrible company DON’T DO Business with Them

Very easy to use with a variety of forms to use before, during and
after the sell of the home. The reports are created quickly and
accurately.

That would be because I work here and I'm proud to say that what we do
here is of great quality. :)

You guys have a very unique amazing marketing.

Love List Reports. Use for every Open House

Flyers did not update as they do not pay mls.

I recommend ListReports to all the agents in my office on a regularbasis. ListReports flyers are eye catching, easy to read, come branded
for the agent, and provide information about the neighborhood the MLS datasheets do not provide. On the rare occasions that I needed help to make a change the ListReports staff was very timely. Great Service!"
