Through Clever, my wife and I got realtor Mario Vitale and he was very helpful and met my needs and expectations. After spending several weekends with him, we found two townhomes and with his help, we negotiated a very favorable price and bought them both. Mario took care of everything and made it an easy process.

If giving 10 stars was an option that's what I'd give Sarah. I interviewed 4 realtors when it was time to sell my house. When Sarah walked into my home she immediately had a warmth and authenticity that I did not feel with any of the other realtors. The incredible thing is that was who she was the entire time we worked together. She was always available and if she was busy she got back to me asap. Her knowledge had no end. She had my best interests as her priority throughout our process. I felt completely safe and taken care of from beginning to end. This was my first time selling my home and I can't imagine having had a better experience with a more patient or more present realtor. I'm beyond grateful for her support and expertise in getting me through this milestone that could have been an overwhelming experience. Thank you Sarah.

Realtor Jonathan was great!. Best of all I went to my purchase transaction with a much stronger offer, and was able to beat out another offer by paying buyer's agent fees (at a much lower rate).

First pricing. The cost of selling or buying a house is substantial and finding ways to reduce that cost is important in today’s economy. Secondly, the representative from clever, Lindsay, continued to follow up with me, offering support, clarification, and encouragement. I also liked the short term contracts.

We definitely made the right choice with Zoe. She had our house under contract in one week and never put a sign in the yard. He marketing scheme was brilliant and contacts were spot on. Saving money was just icing on the cake.

When I received my list of contacts. I was not so sure if I had done the right thing. Only one responded to me. Which I met with and he had a great amount of experience and insight to share. My house was listed with him on a Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm by 6:30. I had 3 showing requests for Wednesday.
The next day the showings took place.
Two were positive and one not so much. By the time I went to bed Wednesday evening I had received a FULL price offer on my house. Less than 6 weeks later. My dream of living back in my home state was a reality. I would 1000% do this over again. I had so many other offers fall through with my other agency. No fault on their part. Just inexperienced buyers who didn’t know how to make the best of this situation.

Jaima was great! I got all the services and attention of a regular realtor at a great, lower rate. Helped to save me money on a sale that was going to have low margin of profit to begin with. I never felt like I was using a discount realtor at any point. She was always super responsive and on top of everything.

Tom and Katie Westhora were fantastic to work with. They made things so easy and were willing to show us so many homes until we found the right one. I greatly appreciated their experience and insights as we reviewed each home. Everything went so smoothly!

Good communication and everything went according to plan

The agent was OK he didn’t go above and beyond in listing the house. He did do a lot when it came to closing as we had a special circumstance, and that is greatly appreciated! We paid him less money and ended up with more in our pocket. I’m OK with that. The house got sold.

Clever sent me 3 knowledgeable and personable agents to choose from. It was a hard decision but I made a choice and couldn't be happier with my experience and the agent. Definitely a great experience and HAVE recommended Clever to a friend.

I appreciate the commission price point. Although I strongly reject the push to continue to have to pay for the buyer's side of agent commission. Thats a scam that needs to STOP!!
