I was reviewing a Lempster, NH house on Zillow and quite frankly was shocked at the heavy filtering and AI enhancement of the photos, to me it seems obvious, to others it'l likely to be interpreted as un-filtered. So disappointing, I will not be trusting any of Keller Williams listing photos.

This image is a real photograph, but it is heavily edited and filtered using a technique called HDR (High Dynamic Range) processing.

Why It Looks EnhancedUnnatural Shadows and Highlights: The dark corners under the stairs, the ceiling, and the areas under the cabinets are artificially brightened, losing natural shadow depth.Halo Effects: You can see faint, glowing "halos" or bright outlines where dark edges meet bright surfaces (such as around the hanging herbs and structural logs).Extreme Texture and Sharpness: The wood grains on the floor, the oriented strand board (OSB) ceiling panel, and the log walls are aggressively sharpened, making the textures look hyper-real or gritty.

Over-Saturation: The colors—especially the green curtain, the warm tones of the wooden island, and the blue outdoor furniture—are boosted beyond natural viewing levels.

Josh Voyle’s high school buddy, Ron Willenbrink, the newest addition to your team, is void of any morals or ethics . He violently rape me in 2018, shoplifts in a regular basis, he has a history of purchasing illegal drugs from St. Ann police department. He did things in law enforcement that were so dirty. And they are RACIST at this real estate organization. They are actually truly racist. The abuse I endured and the immoral actions Im fully aware of knowing Ron Willenbrink for nearly 2 decades is unbelievable. Manipulative actions constantly. He consistently told me I wasn’t worth being loved or touched . I was destroyed. Every cell I had of self-respect I had left. He controlled every I moved for the last decade, along with the Chief of Police of St. Ann Police Department, Aaron Jimenez, with constant criticism. He would check my pulse to see if I was lying. He hasn’t worked or done anything productive with his life in over a decade. I worked with him for 7 years in a completely professional manner knowing he was administratively the one of the laziest officers I have worked with. When we started dating, he was emotionally abusive, Gaslighting and manipulating every inch I moved for nearly a decade. He fraudulently has gained his financial security through lying and fraud. He has faked an injury for over a decade to make escape his job, instead of finding a new one. An injury he gained a significant amount of financial gain from by suing EVERYONE. Psst. Here’s a secret. His neck is just fine. It acted up maybe twice the whole we were together. He would carry my daughter on his shoulders, do work outside our house them make me swear not to post it on Facebook, because he would be caught. He committed Arson in 2017 by intentionally setting his own house on fire. He is void of all morals. His son just last fall stated. “I have to take a diversity class at school. They said black people have it harder than us. That’s bullshit.” Scouts honor, his grandmother, Lisa Willenbrink, not only validated him but catered to his disgusting, ignorant statement. Ron Willenbrink, his father, never intervened or corrected him. That sums up the character and morals of the Willenbrink family. Josh Voyles is a “lifelong” I met once in a decade
together. That’s normal, right? The group he abandoned me for half the summer every summer I never even met. Hmm…, Ladies, trust the complete absence of morals or ethics from anyone at Voyles Realty or Keller/Williams realty. They are inherently soulless and disgusting, and completely void of any basic morals. I strongly suggest the state licensing organization take a true look at the preying on victims
I attended high school with them, as well. The corrupt behavior was always present. There are pictures of Josh Voyles and Ron Willenbrink parading around with confederate flags. Gross.

Please look in to his family member, Matthew Voyles. He is a known slum lord throughout the St. Louis area.

I want to praise Moricolette, the KW Atlantic the Bond Originator – also known as the “Bond Girl” – is absolutely phenomenal! Her energy is contagious and her dedication is unmatched. After my bond was initially declined, she didn’t give up. She showed true fighting spirit, kept pushing, and got my bond approved!
Her service, constant feedback, and follow-ups were outstanding. I’ve never come across an originator with so much passion and commitment to her clients. If you want someone who truly cares and delivers results, Moricolette is the one!

Extremely poor communication. Nearly a month to fix some minor issues. They blames us the landlords for the delays then they blamed the tenants then the contractors they had instructed.

I tried to work with a newbie realtor with this firm in North Scottsdale AZ. I have 50 years experience in real estate, contracts, management. I requested changes to the contract some of which were not make. these changes provided clarification. The newbie thinks she knows better than me with 50 year experience in these matters. The arrogance and hubris of these people is beyond me. Additionally, the reader should beware that Keller Williams will require you to enter into an agreement whereby the a your exclusive agent for showings for 6 months.

My fiancé was looking to sell his home and Sammy Sakla from the Plymouth, MI office initially started off with great interest. However, my fiancé started experiencing serious medical issues and Sam continued to call to only inquire about selling the home. He showed no interest in his health or well-being. Sam's only concern was to get the home listed and get it sold so that he could collect his commission and move on to his next deal. Had Sam showed any empathy or compassion, he would have gotten this deal done and would have gotten tons of referrals. Needless to say, if you are looking for a realtor who only cares about lining his pockets and does not care about the well-being of you and your family, then Sammy Sakla is the realtor for you.

Be very careful when choosing this company as they have a young women working for them named aysha who is very unprofessional very rude, leaking customers sensitive information for her benefit.

I had very bad experience from this agency i was trying to book viewing for 3 weeks but no one is answering and when they answers phone calls simply they takes your details but it’s good for nothing. Please don’t waste your time here. Thanks

Rudeness on the phone and abrasive attitude! David tried to play down the dampness in the flat which was laid out in the home report. Said it would all be taken care off, etc etc and you could sense his desperation to get a sale! Said I would still not touch it with a barge pole and then prior to hanging up, said "you're talking rubbish". Oh so professional....don't use them.....cowboys comes to mind!

Extremely disappointed with the service. Especially with the Agent Peter who led us on and was extremely unaccommodating.

This company operates illegally in the West Bank of Gaza. Selling land acquired through the genocide of the Palestinian inhabitants. Keller Williams is supporting, promoting through its actions, and profiting from genocide. Boycott. Boycott. Boycott. They can feel what MacDonald's is feeling.

This company sells Palestinian properties in Palestinian territories to israelis. These properties are in the West Bank, where they force people out of their homes, demolish it then build luxurious houses to sell to the Jews (and only Jews) in the United States and Canada.

The service has been superb, to put it simply. The customer service has been exceptional and I am very happy how things turned out. Thanks again and hopefully will be back soon!
