Customer service resolved my issue
Following my previous review regarding not receiving any communication from this company, I contacted them a final time and was replied to by the director who worked hard to resolve my issue. One of the items was out of stock and so the entire order had been placed on hold with some miscommunication between who would let me know. The item was replaced with an alternative of my choice and I was offered a gesture of a free gift and a postage upgrade as an apology. Items arrived today, not used as they are a gift but happy with the way company resolved the issue.

Obsessed with these lights
Honestly obsessed with these lights! I now have 2, one bat and one ghost and they make a perfect side light in the bedroom for when I dont want the main light on! Will be buying more soon!!
