Ordered a crystal in April. Had an email saying it was shipped with no order number. It never arrived. No contact from company or answers to any of my subsequent emails. This is a scam company do not buy from them!

Order made- goods not received. Initially some communication, but flippant reply about shipping taking 10 to 40 days. Then no communication at all. No shipping details sent even though it says it is tracked. No emails received from any postal company. They use SHOP app

Normally I am very diligent with checking these things, but this one slipped through.
I believe this to be a sophisticated scam website based on my experience. The money was taken immediately, but no order confirmation was received and their email address does not exist. Needless to say, the items were never received. I raised a dispute with my bank and fortunately, I was reimbursed. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
