Order number 258170959 dated 2025-04-03.
I should have noticed right away that something was wrong. Their email account is wrong and their address (Saltalankiu 68; 76218 Siauliai; Lithuania) turns out to be a private residence.
They are not answering any of my e-mails.
Keep away.
I have bought linen from this company before and although it took a long time to arrive with no communication it was of very good quality. This time. I still have not received my large order. It has been 6 weeks without any spontaneous communication from the company. I believe I am going to get it but have now had to pay a large amount on Custom charge and VAT import tax. It simply is not worth it despite the good quality of the material. They need to get the shipping plus costs and communication sorted.
Be careful, this is scam company! I never get my order! I paid my order 2,5 months ago, and cannot reach out to them since then. They do not respond to emails, i sent 6 or 7, I post message to instagram, facebook, it was deleted. I sent 2 messages via their site form and site's chat. No response ever. This is scam!!!!! Do not order from this company!!!
