I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase

My purchasing experience was overall positive. I purchased 4 LiTime batteries 2 years ago, and I have been very happy with their overall performance. For this purchase, I did researched other battery companies as well, but it became obvious early into the research that I would mostly likely stick with LiTime for this purchase as well due to familiarity, previous positive experience, and new cool features (Bluetooth, RS485 communication, etc.)

As much as I am very happy with my purchase, I feel my research would have been more efficient and less time consuming, if you included comparison charts for your batteries. For instance, it took me a while to figure out what RS485 communication technology is. Once I figured out what RS485 communication is, it was not easy figuring out which of your batteries include RS485 technology. I almost ended up ordering the wrong battery.

Still waiting??

As of now I have only gotten 1/3 of my order? It has been delayed a few times?

Happy with the product thus far

Happy with the product thus far, but shipping was sloooow and tracking was confusing, showing different delivery estimates. This was frustrating enough to prompt me to look at other brands next time.

Arrived in a timely manner

Arrived in a timely manner, charged up like it should, time will tell how it performs. I reached out to Litime to verify how I could lay the battery in its side and they emailed back the same day.

Timely service

Timely service. My 100ah battery quit accepting a charge as the bluetooth failed. After several attempts to discharge and recharge with the correct charger Litime honored the warranty, sent a shipping label, and replaced with a new one, no shipping!
