The picture showed three monogrammed hankies. After three weeks one turned up! And that cost £9.99! Slippery outfit. I'll put it down to experience but I won't be back.

Ordered from the company twice. I totally understand that it is a small business so after the first order I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I first ordered in November for a Christmas teddy for my sons 1st Christmas. The reindeer had some glue on the embroidery but I managed to pick it off, no big deal. The order wasn’t 100% as asked. I asked for snow flakes instead of stars but was given stars. I seen snowflakes on other orders so this was just not done to request. Initially before ordering I asked them on Instagram if they would be restocking a particular reindeer and after 3 weeks I didn’t hear back (never did) so I just ordered the alternative one as it said it was almost sold out.
I then ordered on the 1st Feb a teddy for my sons 1st birthday. After 15 days of no order delivered I emailed using the contact form on their website and asked if they were busy and that’s the reason for delay or if it was shipped could they tell me when. I never got a reply to date but it came in the post two days later. I think my order was forgotten about and just done and sent that day I enquired.
The second dinosaur teddy was as asked for and really nice (I was specific on the design I wanted again and this time 100% met).
I’ve had zero customer service received and just overall disappointed as I found the website through a “brand rep” on YouTube.
