Nightmare, the whole process....never again

a promised 4-6 week delivery turned into 8.5 and the item was received incorrectly spelt. As it was a gift for an amazing teacher, I ordered it within plenty of time to give it to the teacher by the end of the school year. I was promised the item would be re-shipped in 2-3 days and here am I a week later and I am still waiting and school is finished and my wonderful teacher is without her gift. Not good enough. I am really disappointed. I have requested a refund and my email has gone unanswered. Customer service is terrible. Such a shame as the incorrectly spelt item is a lovely product, shame they can't get their administration in order.
