I ordered a pick your own box of 9 for my mother-in-law‘s birthday. It arrived promptly on her birthday and it was a lovely surprise for her that was most appreciated.

Wrong delivery name and address
Prompt service, delivered on the requested date, however it was sent to the wrong address. I added the delivery address correctly and paid via Apple Pay - all looked good but unfortunately the address somehow changed to my own and the name became a mixture of mine and the recipient. Upshot was I had to repost the parcel to the correct address and this delay meant I missed my aunt’s 90th birthday celebrations.

Fun and delicious
Fun and delicious. These arrived on time but to my shock the courier left the box on its side in my porch! I thought that was it, all smooshed, but no. They were so well packed that they looked freshly baked and untouched. They were delicious. I ordered a mixed variety and every one was moist, fluffy and delicious. They were a hit at Halloween for us. Will order again for sure!

Wonderful Little Cakes From A Company That Cares
A problem with me giving the wrong recipient address was sorted out competently with good communication.
The cakes were well packed, fresh and I'm told they looked gorgeous and were absolutely delicious.
It's a great gift and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
I particularly like you can choose the cakes you want or purchase one of the beautiful occasion boxes. The flexibility, transparency of pricing, delivery costs and the ease of navigating the website sets it above some of the other companies providing cakes and sweet treats.
Some would say it's expensive but the cakes are so beautifully decorated, the choice is staggering and each cake is such
a special treat it's worth it.
A Christmas box beckons I think!

Very small products
When I saw the size of the cakes and tea tins I was very disappointed. The tins of tea were half the size I expected and the cakes were no bigger than two of my fingers. This was my Dads bithday present for his 85th birthday and as of seeing these products yesterday I’m now thinking I need to get him something else in addition!!!

I order 18 cakes, happy birthday candles, a Prosecco, and a personalised letter. The letter came empty and they didn't send the candles. It was a birthday present for my long distance boyfriend, it ruined the whole present and mood... I reached out, they answered once but never answered back when I requested a refund for what they didn't send and their mistake. Terrible experience
