Yes unfortunately Royal Mail only confirmed yesterday that they have mislaid your parcel which is extremely frustrating for both you and us. We refunded you in full immediately as we couldn’t resend as your order was the last one we had in stock. Royal mail took ages to come back to us and also one of your emails was at the weekend so was not picked up by our admin team until Monday unfortunately. We are sorry you have had this experience.

Dear Rhian, We are sorry you were disappointed. The discount code was an email offer sent out to customers on wed 6th Mar with a clear expiry date of midnight on the 7th Mar (which was the Thursday night). Unfortunately your order on the 8th Mar placed at 21:41pm which was the Friday therefore did not qualify, as it was the next evening. We have doublechecked the email sent out and confirmed it was correct just to make sure we hadn't made an error. Please do keep an eye on your emails for further discounts that we only give exclusively to our existing customers as we do really appreciate your orders.

The 5 piece set that you ordered is £19 which we believe is amazing value for a 5 piece baby set but we do take on board and appreciate your feedback. You also ordered a Mayoral Dungaree and Hat set and I’m afraid that Mayoral set their retail price and we have no control over pricing for that but we always have amazing feedback regarding Mayoral quality. We are sorry that this didn’t meet your expectations in this instance.

Great customer service
Ordered just before christmas and a couple of weeks later still hadn’t received any further updates since receiving a tracking number. Sent an email, had a prompt reply to say they’d contacted Royal Mail who have misplaced my order and they were already getting a replacement sent out that day. Later on they advised an item was now out of stock and issued an immediate refund for that item and a tracking update for my replacement order. I understand stuff can get misplaced which is normal but I am impressed with the companies quick response and resolution. Thank you!

My order arrived with a piece missing.
My order arrived with a piece missing a few days ago, I already sent an email to inform them but they still haven't responded to me as to whether they will exchange or refund. It's unfortunate, but the pieces are beautiful and of great quality. Only the delay in service disappointed me.

We also tried to call you on your mobile number as per your request in your original email to ask whether you wanted a ref or the missing item sent again? (Our calls come from a private number so you may have missed it or not picked up?) We needed to review our cctv footage of the packing area the day that your order was packed up in the warehouse to ascertain exactly what happened… we are sorry that we couldn’t get in touch with you and have refunded you for the item but we honestly did respond and try to contact you xx
