I would say —— its below average as it didn’t really impressed me with the taste. Very average dessert platter , cheese cake , waffle. I mean cmon guy have something which taste different then usual and finger licking. There was so much hype for it but it was a disappointment

The service was appalling waiting for years for our milkshake when the shop wasn’t even busy and it was revolting something was up with the milk wouldn’t recommend end and excuse my French but it was really poo, wet fart of a desert shop

Had to request menus after waiting 20 minutes, the shop seemed very quiet. ordered at the counter, in one case a 3rd choice. Drinks could of been hotter. The deserts were nice but waiting an hour is not really acceptable. Staff explained only 2 working but probably won't return.

My experience was great!My food was delivered quickly (still warm) and they even gave us a free cheesecake!I am delighted to say that their food was tasty and will definitely be ordering again!

Disappointing looks nothin like the videos , pictures and TikTok’s you make . Was not worth non of my money at all . Cost me £18.44 for 2 items . Joke 3.50 for delivery. I only ordered milk chocolate cookie dough and ice blast slush . Cookie dough went straight in bin and all I can say was the ice blast was nice . NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL .

Ordered collection at 10.10 for 3.25 but my plans changed about half hour later so I went to cancel as there was plenty of notice time. There's no clear way to cancel so I rang the number on the confirmation email and was told to email. I emailed 2 different email addresses, I facebooked and I instagramed and got no where. I ended up having to make the journey in to collect the order anyway. Desserts were just ok

Quiet, at 18.30. So much choice. My family of 5. We each had something different. Good portions. Will definately go again.

Southall, little dessert shop. My partner and I fell in love with the triangle shaped tea for 2 box. We were so disappointed when there were 4 cheese and coleslaw sandwiches and not a variety as per the photos. In addition the strawberries were sliced so thinly and sparsely sprinkled over the chocolate brownies which ruined our ability to enjoy the fruit. Once again with sauces whole fruit would have been easier to dip, also for the cost you would expect whole fruit. The box was old and dusty and not the lovely box shown in the ad. The best part of the box were the waffles and pancakes which I cannot fault. However paying £60 for tea for 2, that was in a box poorly put together, they advised us not to hold the handle, not because you can’t but because they had done such a poor job putting the triangle together in the first place and clearly don’t have regular orders due to the amount of dust on the box.
To add salt to the open wound, the online order showed the shop as opening at 11.am when in-fact it didn’t open until 4pm….2 long journeys and when I called up they said they had been trying to call me but had not been able to get through. I asked if they could make the change on the website and the lady just smiled. We were offered free ice cream and the ice cream should have been included within the order and the ice cream was warm….yes warm ice cream….I know we were the first customers but warm ice cream is never acceptable.
For such a high end product it was very disappointing.

If you want a good experience please do not use this shop for the black triangle tea for 2.

Oader desserts on just eat app after waiting for over 2 hours for my Food I cancelled oader. Money was taken from my account. I never revived the order. And yet they took my money. Contact just eat and the this resdrant they both refused to refund my money. On of them is accountable for this. DISCUSUSTING both the resdrant and just eat.. DISCUSUSTING

The staff were very helpful. Amazing menu.

Just had 2 amazing desserts delivered. The taste was out of this world. They were also delivered very quickly and with great care. Would truly recommend these.

CHEETHAM HILL SHOP Disgusting.. furry mold on the cakes - tried to complain on various platforms no response will never ever eat here again 🤢🤢🤢

The Leceister store was excellent. Tried out the Unicorn Milk shake which was wonderful and the service from Usama was exemplary.

Amazing service arousa was an lovely waitress if I could give 6 stars I would!

Love their new store in Northampton, great cakes and great service!! Have been 4 times since they have opened
