Great service, parcel arrived gift wrapped and within a couple of days.

My order was posted promptly and a lovely lady called me straight away when I requested a call through the website.
I was not able to view a lot of the photos of the products on the website and could not find their contact tel number when viewing on my smartphone. I also never received an email which was apparently promptly sent to me. I persevered but could easily have lost patience if the price hadn't been so competitive.

Website is easy to navigate and checkout system works smoothly. Great prices. The only (very minor) thing that didn't work was the tracking of my order as no actual tracking number was provided and the order status did not update after the item was shipped. But item arrived after 2 working days.
